I have stayed in a few different hotels in Osaka. After staying here a couple of years back, this has been the hotel I keep coming back to. The staff is attentive and there are English speaking staff. Ask for Kylie...she's awesome. The rooms are nice. Nothing very extravagant but clean and well maintained. The Shin Osaka station is less... More

We stayed here for 5 nights. Our main interests were outside of Osaka and we had to use the Shinkansen each day early in the morning. This hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the Shin-Osaka station. Room was on 22nd floor with nice view to the west. The window could be partially opened so taking photographs was possible. Good... More

The best selling point of this hotel was it's location: No transfers from the airport, easy to get to all the cities: Kyoto, Narra, Kobe etc. hotel is walking distance from station and not hard to find. You don't want to stay and explore it's surroundings anyway when there's so much to see in Osaka. Food: Online deal got us... More

Place average for its type. Easy to access station. Free shuttle etc. Pleasant member of staff on desk. Helpful shuttle driver. The four of us were hungry and went to the restaurant as there were no obvious choices in the area. The meal which took a very long time, which we thought was a good sign, was cold, tasteless and... We stayed here for 2 nites as we used the shinkansen daily during the trip. The location is near the Shin Osaka train station. Although it was 55 degrees outside in late march our room was too hot. The front desk told us to open the window as the temperature could not be regulated in the room. Unfortunately, the room... More

A good, clean hotel basically for business people who need to be near the Shin Osaka station. But we booked our room here as we had a JR railpass and were going to use the Shinkansen trains quite often to visit the surrounding areas. Our room faced the west and we looked at a beautiful sunset the first evening as... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night as it was close to Shin-Osaka station which enabled us to get an early Shinkansen to Tokyo the next morning. For this purpose it was convenient, but there is little else around this area from what we saw. The hotel staff were decent enough and checked us in with a smile. Nothing... More

Highly recommended if you have an early or late flight. They have shuttles to/from the airport. Rinku train station is just few meters away. There's a 24hr convenience store at the 2nd floor. Only negative thing i can think of is the size of bathroom for tall people. To find shuttle at the airport - turn left upon exit, walk... More
