Hotel is just 5 minutes away from the subway, very convenient. There are restaurants and convenient stores or supermarkets close by, so good for wanting a bite or get some last minute things. Size of the room is very small, but compact. Good wifi connection. Overall, clean and acceptable.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night. It's in downtown Osaka, which is an hour away from the Kansai airport. Getting to/from the airport is easy. The airport limo bus goes to the Osaka station, which is a 10-minute walk to the hotel. The hotel itself is ok. Small rooms by North American standards but common in Japan. It's... More

The rooms were the smallish but comfortable, businessmen’s hotel rooms with free WI-FI and adequate space for computer work. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice Japanese buffet. There are convenience stores nearby for food, snacks and other items.

We stayed in this hotel for one night only. The rooms were very very small. The hotel had nothing special to show. Breakfast buffet was good. We had free internet.the hotel is centrally located. I was disappointed.

This was the last hotel we stayed at while visiting Osaka, unfortunately, due to Cherry Blossom season the hotel availability was non-existent and this was the only place we could get a booking for the last couple of nights. Japanese hotels are usually quite small, but this was one was even smaller than the others. You cannot open your suitcases... More

The hotel room was very nice and clean. Found it a little weird that the room I booked had 2 beds that were put side by side which means we had hardly any room to walk to the fridge, TV and desk that was placed on the opposite side of the room. In order to get to the opposite side... More

Finding the place is tricky. We got in a taxi at the JR train station and the driver looked at the address and politely opened the door and as asked us to leave. I'm sure he had a logical explanation but it was in Japanese of course. So we got a map and looked for the street that the hotel... More

This was easily the worst hotel on our tour of Japan. The room was extremely small, hardly room to move let alone store clothes, suitcase etc. The window did not open and the air conditioning system heated but did not cool so the room was hot and uncomfortable. It smelt musty. A very long queue outside the restaurant at breakfast.... More

This visit, I stayed 3 nights, last visit, stayed 5 nights, I think I've stayed in this hotel 5-6 times... Once you master the underground malls, this is a very good choice. Well, not as convenient as the hotels right around the Umeda metro, JR Osaka Station, Hankyu Kyoto lines, Hanshin Kobe lines... but, with just 15 mins walk, you'll... More
