I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Staffs are all very friendly. Hotel room is clean and the size is reasonable. Location is excellent and makes life so much easier for me when it's my first time visiting Osaka. It's very closed to the Osaka JR station and to many shopping malls.

very good located, near to shopping area and choices of food. Best thing was, surprisingly the room was pretty spacious compared to similar level of hotels in Japan. Breakfast was good and amenities provided in the shower room was very good.

This hotel is linked to a underground shopping street (not 24hrs, some of the cafes/restaurants are though), and has its own 24hrs starbucks in the ground floor. Near to train station and shopping malls. Good facilities but breakfast spread is so-so. Opposite to Hilton Hotel which has similiar facilities but way more expensive. Good hotel to stay in in Osaka.

We occupied a smaller hotel on our first night so transferring to this hotel on our second night was a welcome treat for me and my daughter. The bed and its cover and sheets were also more comfortable and we also had a wide window where we were able to peer and have a good view of the city by... More

This hotel is a reasonable hotel. The check-in is fast, and the service is very nice. The rooms are a little bit small, but they can do. The best part of this hotel is the location. The location is by far one of the best! It is close to the big OSAKA Station (metro), which also houses the DAIMARU UMEDA... More

3 night business stay during a very long trip. Room was spotless and well appointed. Bed comfortable. Good airconditioning. A little odd layout, particularly the bathroom, due to the circular footprint of this hotel. First time staying in a cylindrical hotel. Breakfast was a little limited for my taste and this level of hotel in such a busy area but... More

Stayed at the Osaka Daiichi Hotel from 17–22 February 2015. The location of the hotel is perfect at a mere five minute walk from the main Osaka train station, which is in turn linked to the Umeda station. The hotel sits atop the smaller Nishiumeda station. All three of these stations are linked by a maze of underground linkways lined... More

The hotel's location is a perfect. It is just a minute to walk to Osaka/Umeda Station. If it is raining, there is a underground walkway from the station. On top of this, a bus from Osaka Itami Airport is arriving and departing in front of the hotel. Because the building is round, the shape of each room like a cake... More

Good location near train station which has lots of restaurants. Hotel is ok, but nothing special. Has decent restaurant and Starbucks in same building. I think this is where I decided a non-smoking room trumps all other amenities... Non-smoking rooms can be scarce in Japan. Breathing in cig smoke from the pillowcase was not cool. Got a fan from front... More

It's a convenient hotel as the best selling point of it is the location. Recommend to stay at this hotel if your itinerary is full every day so that you can save much time in travelling. Room is small but equipped with everything you need. (typical Japanese style hotel) Don't depends on hotel services as it's quite limited. What's most... More
