The service as check-in is very good (also if they wwant to upsell You to the executive floors). The rooms are of quite good size for Japan but minmalistic regarding design (as Japanese like it). Internet needs to paid extra. The location is very good. The gym is very small.

well as i was expected, it is HILTON. the room is not big but quite good and the service was faboulus. the breakfast was nice the first day we had the breakfast on 35th floor because i think the hotel is quite full. the view was stunning. the location is also good, it close to train station and branded shop.

Stayed there two nights. Hotel is a modern sky-scrambler with gorgeous view from the top floors. Rooms are well maintained and look like new. Location is just in front of Osaka Station very convenient to go every where by subway or train. Kyoto is just 30 minutes by train that leaves almost every 10 minutes until midnight. Great location near the airport limo bus drop-off, osaka station, subway station and shopping areas. Room was spacious and clean, check-in was fast, the only complaint is the slow internet connection in the lobby that made us have to get the internet connection in the room which was quite pricey. Other than that, great experience overall.
