I'm pleased to have a twin bed room and a tiny fridge. The staff is helpful. This hotel is quite far from JR Shin-Osaka and it's quite difficult to find hotel. When I got a map from a Receptionist then it's a lot easier for us to walk to JR and walk back to the hotel.

The staff members are very friendly. The double rooms were overbooked, so they asked us whether we could change to a twin room for the second night. They gave us free breakfast for compensation. The location/area is quite good, close to the shin-osaka train station and there are quite a few late night eating places nearby. The room is small... More

My partner and I were here two weeks ago. Unfortunately my partner had injured herself earlier in our trip and now was confined to a wheelchair. We knew we were coming to a "small room" hotel! But on arrival the staff upgraded us, with an apology, to a room that was not to be found on their site. Room with... More

It's a great hotel some 15 min away from kyoto with the Shinkansen train. I've chosen it because everything was already booked in Kyoto but I'm not regretting the decision to stay in Shin-osaka. It's 3 min walking distance from the JR train station, which makes it perfectly located for both - visiting Kyoto and Osaka, Kobe, Himeji. The staff... More

Stayed here for a night. Had a room on the 8th floor. The sound proofing was really bad with me able to hear everything in the next room. Room is a little smaller than most rooms in business hotels. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to Shin-Osaka station. There is a convenient store just below, so that is... More

We booked this hotel the day before so it was a very last minute decision and we wanted something relatively cheap and easy to get to. This hotel is near the main train station so it is good if you don't want to travel far with your bags. Rooms are clean and basic but they are very small. There were... More

This is an average business hotel, with ok room, good amenities and located close to the subway and Shin Osaka station. Well served of convenience stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. Rooms were clean and more spacious than average (for Japan). Big "minus" is the lack of wi-fi in the room... Am I supposed to stay in the lobby (no... More

Good location near Shin-Osaka train station. There's a MOS Burger nearby, that's a big plus. The staff were friendly and my room was spacious considering it's a Japanese business hotel. As for my complaints, no wifi in the room, but there's a wifi in the lobby. Lobby has no places to sit, three wooden chairs, that's it. Also, there was... More

The hotel is near ShinOsaka Station, quiet area. Hotel room is not very clean as hairs were found on the carpet floor; bathtub is also not very clean with mould around the water outlet. Otherwise a average place to stay given the locality and cost.
