This is one of the best hotel I ever been! I was there from 16-24th Nov 2014. The hotel provide so many selection of breakfast which come with the room rate ($130+/night). The hotel also provide daily with every 15minutes bus ride to Osaka station free of charge! There is also a Cellar Bar which my girlfriend and I went... More

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days to attend in a scientific meeting. It is a classic Japanese hotel with very large lobby and few connecting towers. There is Shuttel bus running every 10 minutes from the hotel to Osaka station. The beautiful green walls surrounding the main restaurants of the hotel brings a very relaxing feeling. One of... More

This was the most expensive hotel of my trip to Japan, meant to be a special treat. Whilst the lobby is beautiful the room wasn't great. It was very small and a smoking room dispute booking non-smoking. However, the location was very good with a great shuttle bus running every 15 mins to the train station. Staff were very helpful.... We stayed here just for 1 nights during our honeymoon care of our relatives from Osaka. It was a perfect stay for us from the moment when we boarder their free shuttle service from the bus station until we departed the next day. Staff are all very friendly and helpful to any request you make. Food in the restaurant was... More

I went to Osaka for a conference held at this hotel. When I wanted to book a room, it was too late, overbooked. Still I spent a few days on its grounds, I can comment on everything but its rooms! First the location is superb, in the heart of Osaka, and next door to the convention center. This is THE... More

Though showing some signs of age, this is a luxurious and elegant place to stay. The rooms aren't exceptional, but everything is clean, well-cared for, the beds are comfortable, the service is exceptional, the wi-fi is free (very hard to find!), and there are many, many shops, restaurants, and bars within. This is the nicest hotel I've stayed at in... More

Excelent hotel, exquisite breakfast, very good location and easy acces to the city (right in front of subway station Nakanoshima). Very close to the Science Museum. Free shuttle bus to the city. Free and pretty good wi-fi. Very good acoustic isolation between rooms. Very comfortable beds too! :)

The hotel has got a free shuttle bus from umeda station every 6 minute. This was very practical with luggage. We arrived in the afternoon and met a really spacious lobby and helpful staff. Rooms: Good size, and a ok bathroom with a bathtub. Clean rooms. Roomservice: Took around 20 minutes before we got the food. The food was not... More

Royal spacious lobby with a large non enclosed cafe with a visable waterfall adds to ambiance of the front.. rooms are small, but as expected considering it is a Japanese hotel.. much written about bus service to Osaka station was as convenient as noted by others.. 1000 yen back from Osaka station by taxi for the less patient, and 2000...
