The hotel has got a free shuttle bus from umeda station every 6 minute. This was very practical with luggage. We arrived in the afternoon and met a really spacious lobby and helpful staff. Rooms: Good size, and a ok bathroom with a bathtub. Clean rooms. Roomservice: Took around 20 minutes before we got the food. The food was not... More

Royal spacious lobby with a large non enclosed cafe with a visable waterfall adds to ambiance of the front.. rooms are small, but as expected considering it is a Japanese hotel.. much written about bus service to Osaka station was as convenient as noted by others.. 1000 yen back from Osaka station by taxi for the less patient, and 2000... Great way to reach the Nakanoshima station which leads directly to the hotel. The hotel maybe slightly faded but clean. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. The free hotel shuttle bus to Osaka station was excellent, every six minutes! Also, provides one-way free shuttle bus to Universal studio if you register at the reception one day before. The... More

This is a Western style hotel, with a vast lobby and two accommodation wings, each serviced by its own check in counter (and elevator). There are a number of bars, and more than eight restaurants, all rather pricey (some very pricey), but there's a regular shuttle bus to JR Osaka, which is surrounded by many restaurant and entertainment options (including... I used to stay at LaForet hotel close to Osaka station and for a bit more yens I found out this hotel is much better, international and location is not too bad. Rooms are large enough and decoration is nice. Breakfast is very good and there are a lot of shops in the hotel itself. There is a free shuttle... More

This is an excellent hotel. Well located and with a free shuttle bus to and from Osaka Station. The staff are very efficient and helpful, service is excellent. The rooms are somewhat small but comfortable. There are plenty of excellent restaurants in the hotel and two basement floors of shops and The tea lounge is an amazing place just to... More

We only had a 2 night short stay here but the great service began before we even arrived. I had a parcel due to be delivered here as it was my first night in Japan, and the front desk staff were very helpful through email assuring me they would keep it secure for my arrival. My arrival was fairly late... More

First time i've ever stayed in a hotel room with 2 bathrooms. It was great since we didn't have to wait for each other's turn to use the bathroom. The rooms were huge too and closet space wasn't a problem either. They have vendo machines in the hallway incase you're craving for coffee or whatever drinks in the middle of... More
