It is about 1 minute walk from subway station, and conviniece store is located in the same ground floor. It is very convenient on the rainy day. The room is not so large but enough for just sleeping. I enjoyed Free internet in the room. Wifi was free in the room and lobby. Breakfast venue was clouded around 7 a.m.... More

We booked this hotel using "Travel Rakuten Co." service, when we decided to interrupt our cruise and disembark in Osaka from a Princess Cruise due to Typhone Vongfong. We were clueless as to what we were getting (had dificult booking a hotel due to it being a 3 day holiday weekend). The room is small but we managed. There is... More

I put two nights in this hotel on 4 to 6 October with boyfriend. The location is good and 1min walk to subway station. Seven-eleven is only next to the hotel. The room is small but clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Opposite of the hotel are restaurants which you can get supper or dinner easily. Will definitely come... More

The room was small but had everything you ned including yukata and It was clean. They had a small shop you could reach directly from the lobby. It was near to the subway and Starbucks. You can't find so much in the surrondings but if you take a walk eastway you can find some good restaurants. Good value for the... More

We were at a conference at the convention center, and this was the budget alternative to the Rihga Royal. It was clean, with a very nice breakfast every morning, and reasonably reliable wifi. The room was small, but I'm not experienced with Japanese hotels. The staff didn't speak a lot of English, but they were very nice, and tried hard... More

First of all, the location of this hotel is great. Very close to the Festival Hall, not too far from stations and quite central. Metro is also practically attached to it. The price is what matters the most: is very cheap, so it's great for young people or who just want a simple place where to stay. The rooms and... More

I had a three night stay at this hotel in March 2014. My room was very clean with all the basic facilities. Room was a little bit small and soundproofing was not the best one. Personnel was friendly. To Shinsaibashi and to Namba area it is quite a long way to walk but but to Umeda station it is only... More

This is a brilliant hotel for the budget conscious traveller who wants a comfortable, no-frills hotel room ensuite. I booked a single room and although small, it was actually more spacious than some of the tiny, windowless, cubicle rooms that I've stayed in while traveling in SEA. My room had a window with a street view, and was cleaned everyday;... More

Located centrally with the metro stop just at the entrance of the hotel. The staff were professional and courteous. The rooms were small but that is what you get when you book a cheap hotel in the heart of Osaka. Toiletries were adequate and were of good quality. A supermarket is located at the base of the hotel and you... More

Just came back from over a week's stay at the hotel. It was one of the cheapest in Osaka to stay for so many days. Conveniently located near the main Osaka station. We pretty much walked whenever we can as travelling on the subway wasnt cheap. About 20 mins to Osaka main train station or Umeda station and can get... More
