I stayed at this hotel at the end of my trip in Japan and I must admit I was quite disappointed. It was by far the most expensive booking made and was probably the least enjoyable accommodation. The room was rather small in comparison but I've stayed in smaller, this is a fact of life in major cities within Japan... More

The business hotel has a great location closed to subway and easy walk to Umeda - Osaka JR station. The room was small but well equipped shower and useful facilities. Staffs are friendly and helpful. As I spent only 2 nights, only night time, I think the hotel is suits for people who looks for convenience. The 24 hours supermarkets... More

Would not book this hotel again. We stayed in a triple room for 3 nights, and ALL of the beds were very poor quality roll aways! Pillows were also terrible. The lack of sleep had a negative impact on my stay in Osaka. The positives were the proximity to the subway, and also the taxi rank directly out the front.... More

The hotel is situated along the main street between Honmachi (Osaka business district) and Shin-Osaka station (Osaka's Shinkansen station) and it is very convenient for those attending business around this area. It is also only one minute walk to the nearest subway station which you can take a direct train to the main shopping area, Namba. There is also quite... More

If you need a one night stay and are desperate, then this hotel is useful. However, once you get over the initial shock of the room size, it's bearable. It has some pros - convenience store attached and subway on your doorstep... We also used the laundry services which was handy. That being said, the cons outweighed the pros and... More

This hotel is in a great location just off the subway line. It's a short walk into the Umeda area and only a nice 45 minute walk to Osaka castle. The staff are incredibly friendly and willing to meet all guest requests. They made a dinner reservation for us and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room... More

Stayed 4 Nights. Directions: If coming from Kansai airport, take the Nankai Line and change at Namba station to subway (5-10 mins walk out of Nankai Line to subway) then proceed to Higobashi station. The hotel is about just beside Higobashi subway station. Probably just 3 min walk from the train platform once one is familiar with the area. Service... More

It is about 1 minute walk from subway station, and conviniece store is located in the same ground floor. It is very convenient on the rainy day. The room is not so large but enough for just sleeping. I enjoyed Free internet in the room. Wifi was free in the room and lobby. Breakfast venue was clouded around 7 a.m.... More

We booked this hotel using "Travel Rakuten Co." service, when we decided to interrupt our cruise and disembark in Osaka from a Princess Cruise due to Typhone Vongfong. We were clueless as to what we were getting (had dificult booking a hotel due to it being a 3 day holiday weekend). The room is small but we managed. There is... More
