The hotel is very old and its old age is very obvious to the clients. I do not think that this hotel offers the 5 star luxury it promises. It is expensive for what really is. A great advantage is that it is connected with a metro station. There are better hotels in Osaka at the same price. more

Old hotel. The staff told us the bathrooms are 25 yr old. depressing business hotel. and very expensive compared with what you get usually. There are definitely nicer hotel in Osaka. a mistake....only good point is the location. more

Great location, within walking distance to major shops and directly above subway. Room was small but clean and modern. Service could have been better. There never seemed to be a concierege on duty and there was usually a line for the front desk. more
