We had a family room at really good price and loved it. First, like previous traveller have said, the lobby is very nice for Japan. Best hotel of whole trip! The reception has an almost palacial ascpect with it's huge lit-up staircase- like something out of titanic. Our room was on the 28th floor with a beautiful view of the bayside- the room was so large for a Japanese hotel and room.
