The location is prefect, few steps away from limousine stop, subway stations, and department stores. The advantages are small room and poor sound proof. We can hear Chinese tourists next door and corridors. The convenient store downstairs opens until 23:30. The pharmacy is until 23:00 with tired staffs for tax free service. In summary, I'd come again for the prefect... More

There's really nothing good about this hotel, other than its location. Rooms are super small and you don't even have an ample space for opening your suitcase. Worse in the winter time the room temperature control is almost non-existent and therefore almost always too warm. The location of the hotel is excellent. It's right at the Umeda district of Osaka... Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights after Kyoto. Hotel is conveniently located, about 5 minutes walk from JR Osaka station. No worries about food as there were lots of restaurants around the vicinity. The room was rather small, a bit of a squeeze. However, this was expected from a large city hotel and for the price we paid. After... More

I stayed there for one night. The hotel location is good, with lots of restaurants and shops around. The staff are nice and helpful and the room is clean but extremely small, it is the first time I check into such a small room even in Japan. Only one channel in english was available on TV. Breakfast is ok. I... More

A few negatives... Firstly, due to my appearance of looking like an asian, they greet me by speaking in mandarin, and had repeated in that language many times even when I clearly spoke in English. Secondly, it seems to me that they have a lack of understanding between western food and Eastern food. The so-called Western food, was inevitably slightly... More

The hotel is very convenience, near JR, Hankyu and subway station, the staffs are helpful. But the room is too small and old, and the bed and pillows are too soft. We have requested for the non-smoking room when booking, but they ignore my request. Finally, we have to pay extra fee for upgrade since the non-smoking rooms are fully... More

This hotel is located across a walkway to the Osaka JR station. It is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants as well. Not a bad choice for the business type traveler or the budget minded, the rooms are small with very little room for maneuvering. More like a standard japanese hotel, the door was locked with an old-school key, and... More

The hotel room (superior) is smaller than it's sister hotel, Hotel Hankyu Annex. And pricier too. Paid about ¥39K for 2 nights. The service is prompt, staff speak English and are generally helpful. The room is simply furnished, bed is comfortable, 2 pillows for a double bed and smallish. You can leave your luggage at the Lobby while you make... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. Close to train station and in a good location. We were not allowed to check in before 2.00pm. The room was very small as was the bathroom and there was no room safe. You can hear the noises from the rooms next door and people talking in the passage ways. The decor is old... More
