Stayed for 3 nights at Double-bed room. Very old-fashionable at the lobby & guestroom. Fortunately the hotel is located next to the airport limousine bus station so we can move our luggage there and purchased the ticket (vending machine). Please be reminded to be arrived at the bus stop 10-15 minutes before as the seats are first-come first-serve (i.e. no... More

The beds are tiny so if you are a larger sized individual hoping to sleep with another, it would be a squeeze. The rooms are also really small. I am not too big myself and found it cramp. That being said, this hotel is all about its location. Touching down from Kansai International Airport, you can take a direct limousine... More

Located near all subway and main train stations. Shopping mall just next to it, able to find food easily. Staff are friendly and welcoming, with English and mandarin speaking staff. Room is small, limited space for the double room, but is very clean. Otherwise price is satisfactory too!

Hotel New Hankyu Osaka is always our best choice while visiting this dynamic city. It locates at the most convenient spot for travelling around. Within 45 minutes, we can travel by train to Kyoto, Kobe, Nara, etc. Hotel Room is relatively small, but having paid a bit more (¥2,000 per night), we were able to upgrade to a room with... More

I stayed one night in this hotel - and luckily so. My room was really tiny, dull and not comfortable - and I had to walk more than a minute from the elevator to the room inside a maze of corridors. My room rate did not include breakfast - and it was 30% higher than a similar hotel in Tokyo.... More

Get the limousine direct from the airport and get straight to the hotel by 55 min time. Hotel was locate in the heart of the Osaka station, convenient and easy access to other part of Osaka. I stay in this hotel for 6 days and for me, I personally find the room small but other than this , I don't find... More

When I entered the room I was just happy it was only for one night. Room was small and bathroom smelled something bad odor. Bed linen, towels were clean enough. Room faced to other rooms, very close and could see which tv program other guest watching. On the way to my room, found a room with the key left in... More

My family stayed here in May 2014. There is nothing that I liked about this hotel except it's convenient location which is steps away from Osaka train station and major department stores. However, We found the hotel not well maintained. The room was very tiny and smelled like someone smoked in there for ages. Yike! It was a nightmare especially... More

We stayed here because it's a direct and convenient coach drop door to door from the airport, opens also onto the subway station to conveniently go to dotonburi and elsewhere and next to fabulous shopping, trendy restaurants and cafés etc and fantastic dept store food halls. Having said that, it's by no means swish or cool or trendy. It's dated... More

My friends and I flew into Osaka quite late in the evening, on a self guided tour of Japan. As such, we decided to stay here for one night before heading down south to Hiroshima. We chose this hotel because of it's price and proximity to the railway station, as we were using JR Green Passes. The one positive for... More
