The Hotel is located centrally next to the Osaka stn, lots of eating and shopping options nearby. Rooms are very small, in fact could be a bit claustrophobic for some, but comfortable with all modern amenities. This Hotel is all about location. From Kansai Airport you can take the Limousine Bus Service, around Yen 1500, which drops you right at... More

The hotel is very big with a lot of guests, so the crowd does not give you a relax feeling. The rooms are so small, gives a claustrophobic feeling; and the bathroom has parts in plastic, feels like in a ship; so you try to avoid staying in the room as much as possible. The breakfast was very average, nothing... More

Stayed several nights over February visit. Good comfprtable rooms with everything you neeeded. Free wifi, but connection was a little flaky in the rooms. No big problem, just irritating when you are skypeing home!! Air conditioing was unfathomable, either warm, hot or really hot seemed to be the options. Room was sometimes stuffy as a result, but manageable. Typical showeroom... More

We only stayed here one night but were really impressed with this gorgeous hotel. The room was beautiful, plenty of space and one of the most beautiful bathrooms that I have ever had the pleasure to use. Luxurious toileteries really made us feel spoilt after such a long flight. The staff were very professional and friendly and all spoke english.... More

Stayed both "new hankyu Annex" and "new hankyu" hotel (within 5min walking distance) and very close in room price. But "new hankyu Annex" give bigger room (around 20%), better front desk service and noise isolation than "new hankyu". new hankyu provide better location and breakfast only. For better comfort level, will take "new hankyu Annex" on my next trip.

Beautiful typically Japanese hotel in Osaka right on the train and Kansaii international airport limousine bus station. Single rooms are particularly small but the hotel itself is obviously popular for weddings and its lovely to see the beautiful kimonos at these occasions. Very little English is spoken

Stayed for 3 nights at Double-bed room. Very old-fashionable at the lobby & guestroom. Fortunately the hotel is located next to the airport limousine bus station so we can move our luggage there and purchased the ticket (vending machine). Please be reminded to be arrived at the bus stop 10-15 minutes before as the seats are first-come first-serve (i.e. no... More

The beds are tiny so if you are a larger sized individual hoping to sleep with another, it would be a squeeze. The rooms are also really small. I am not too big myself and found it cramp. That being said, this hotel is all about its location. Touching down from Kansai International Airport, you can take a direct limousine... More
