Stayed 3 nights in this wonderful hotel in April 2014 and my wife and I were incredibly impressed, and touched, by the level of service and quality at every turn. The greatest strength of the hotel is its people! The staff are so conscientious and so genuine in their greetings and actions that you always feel spoiled and brilliantly looked... More

The entrance to the Ritz Carlton was the wow factor. The hotel was classic old English style, lots of dark timber panelling. The rooms on the club lounge level spacious and well appointed. A tv in the bathroom mirror, haven't seen that before. Hotel is well located to shopping and department stores, which have to be seen to be believed,... More

Stayed 3 nights for a business trip. The hotel is of a good luxury standard decorated in an 'English' country house style. The rooms are of a good size, have good facilities and the staff are helpful, including apologizing for my room to take a while to clean and giving a free beer while I wait. The bar is particularly... More

I stayed there just for one night. I stayed their suite room, I don't know what they call it, which has entrance hall, huge living room with fantastic view, dining room/ meeting space, tv room with couches, really sweet bed room, and fancy bath room! I was supposed to use the room from like 9pm until 9am next morning, it... More

Stayed for 6 nights. This is a very expensive place to stay but all of Japan seems to be that way. There were two issues that should not have happened at this level of hotel. 1. I ordered an arrangement of flowers to be delivered to our room for our 35 wedding anniversary. They were delivered promptly but it was... More

Luxury hotel indeed! And you feel it every step of the way. Staff is EXTREMELY helpful and nice. Room, food, VIEWS - it's all worth every penny! Most importantly - location is GREAT! Right next to Osaka Station City which means you can explore the city to any direction you wish from right there. Loved it 100%

We have been here twice in 2013, and both stays we're amazing. On our first stay, we suppose to check out very early so we didn't get the chance to have breakfast, but what a surprise when we opened our door and found a cart of coffee, tea and some light food for quick breakfast. Very thoughtful and we really... More

Think Downton Abbey in Japan. The Ritz is a very beautiful hotel but definitely has a more British than Japanese style. The lobby, paintings, fireplace, high tea, etc. reminded me of a stately British manor from one of those BBC Austen movies. The rooms are very nice, but definitely don't reflect the more modern style that you find in a... More

The Hotel was everything you would expect LUXURY! Great customer service, beautiful room and the most important are centrally located with easy accessible to most of the sightseeing area by just jumping on JR station. Delighted by the service staff from the cafe! He can just remember what I like and what I dislike. Great job RC Osaka!

It's always nice to stay in Ritz Carlton! Spacious rooms, very good service and Japanese restaurant not to be missed! The concierge is one of the best, very helpful. I highly recommend staying here, location is awesome, very close to the osaka station and shopping area as well as some good restaurants. And the spa is perfect after a long... More
