This hotel was ideal as 2 minute walk to the office, but no wifi although did bring a portable set up to the room but it just didn't connect. As always in Japan staff very attentive. Room service food was below average and just didn't want to try the restaurant. Big bonus was the lovely pastry shop around back.

Great hotel for business. Was perfect location for my business meetings in the tower opposite. Standard of service, cleanliness etc great as is typical in Japan. Nothing was too much trouble. Had very good food in the Japanese restaurant in hotel (6th floor).
