We stayed in nonsmoking room. although the room was quite tiny but staffs there were friendly and the room was clean and cozy. moreover, the location was near from city centre. I will choose to stay there if I visit Osaka next time.

Location is good. Near namba station exit 24 and namba station can access to OCAT (osaka city air terminal). 5 mins walk to shinsaibashi and also 10 mins walks (underground walk) to Kuromon market. Room bed is comfortable just one downside is toilet light is not bright and a toilet bowl is a bit outdate compare to other japan new... More

We stayed here on a short trip to Osaka. Changed rooms 3 times because our first one had blood stains on the carpet (disgusting) and the second was on a smoking floor which was really pungent to say the least. It smelt so bad that I had a coughing fit. Finally got changed to another room on a new level... More

The hotel is located in an alley type road that was somewhat disconcerting. It is, however, very near the major shopping area as advertised by its name. Therefore, a lot of dinning areas nearby as well. It is a typical Japanese hotel with very small rooms. The bathrooms were an improvement because it had a usable tub which could amply... More

Hotel well located in a colorful neighborhood Dotonbori / Namba and near the subway and the train station. Clean and comfortable bedroom. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Only regret the rooms are small.

As you can see from other reviews...yep the rooms are tiny! We only stayed one night so wasn't a huge drama for us. Best bed we slept in whilst in Japan for our liking! WIFI fast, coin operated laundry on the 2nd floor which we benefited from!! Probably 500 metres from the main shopping strip and restaurants everywhere.

This hotel is good, clean, very centrally located, helpful staff. Free fast WiFi. The only drawback is that most regular rooms are really tiny. There is a higher-grade part in the upper floors. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops around the corner.

Reasonable price! Very nice location! but the room is sooooo tiny that you are not easy to walk after putting in the luggage. Bathroom smalls not good, but still acceptable. Even so, the room still clean and comfortable. This hotel has very nice location. You only need to spend 3 to 5 mins to go to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. 10... More

We spent two days at the APA Hotel Namba Shinsaibashi; which is located in Osaka, Japan. It's inconvenient upon arrival as check-in is not allowed until 3 PM, unless you pay an additional ¥2,000 Yen to check-in early! We choose to walk about for awhile. At 3:30 we finally checked-in to the APA Hotel in Osaka. I doubt ever again;... More
