Checked in on 9-12 Apr 2015. Excellent location with walking distance to Namba and Shinsaibashi stations. Lots of eateries around. Staff are nice. Excellent amenities. Room a bit small but very clean. The only complaint is that pillows were so flat.

Just checked into the hotel room after a ridiculous long hour queue for custom clearance. The hotel room is small but it is clean and pleasantly organised. Location wise, it is near namba area. So it is great for food and shopping. Note: please make sure you factor in the last airport limo bus into ur travel planning. We arrived... More

Good location... 5minute walk to Dotonbori: shopping and food district in Osaka. Front desk personnel were very accomodating with our concerns. Tiny rooms. Would help if breakfast had variety esp for long stays. Convenience store nearby.

I chose this hotel because of it's location and it did not disappoint. Walking distance to Dotonbori, Namba Station and Shinsaibashi, which is all we wanted. The room is small, but that is to be expected in Japan and no smaller than other hotels I've stayed at in Japan. Staff was incredibly friendly, room was very clean, and beds were... More

This hotel is definitely close to where things are 'happening' downtown. Situated in Dontonbori you don't have to walk far for anything. However this was by far the smallest room we had in Japan and in my life to be more accurate. If you have any luggage bigger than a carry on or knapsack good luck. We have been in... More

We stayed in nonsmoking room. although the room was quite tiny but staffs there were friendly and the room was clean and cozy. moreover, the location was near from city centre. I will choose to stay there if I visit Osaka next time.

Location is good. Near namba station exit 24 and namba station can access to OCAT (osaka city air terminal). 5 mins walk to shinsaibashi and also 10 mins walks (underground walk) to Kuromon market. Room bed is comfortable just one downside is toilet light is not bright and a toilet bowl is a bit outdate compare to other japan new... More

We stayed here on a short trip to Osaka. Changed rooms 3 times because our first one had blood stains on the carpet (disgusting) and the second was on a smoking floor which was really pungent to say the least. It smelt so bad that I had a coughing fit. Finally got changed to another room on a new level... More

The hotel is located in an alley type road that was somewhat disconcerting. It is, however, very near the major shopping area as advertised by its name. Therefore, a lot of dinning areas nearby as well. It is a typical Japanese hotel with very small rooms. The bathrooms were an improvement because it had a usable tub which could amply... More
