Top notch hotel. Roomsize: I don't know why so many people complain. You only sleep there, so it doesn't matter if it is a little smaller than european standart hotels. Furthermore if you travel with a backpack, you will have enough space. Location: easy 30 min walk to the castle. Osaka JR station within 10 min (free osaka loop to... More

Location is about 10-15 min walk from Osaka/Umeda station and a can takes 3 mins. The rooms are quite small and it's a bit tricky to fit in two large suitcases. The staff is polite and helpful, better at English than most other places we've stayed. Rooms are clean and fresh, the beds are a bit squeaky. Breakfast has a... More

I stayed here for one night on business. Honestly this is absolutely perfect for a business trip. The room was very clean, and had nice amenities. For Japan hotels it is typically common to have at least one English speaking news channel, unfortunately the Hearton did not. We had breakfast included in our rate and it was good: buffet style.... Stayed here with a friend in March. Good location within walking distance from Osaka station, although is closer to Nakatsu station if you don't want to make the walk. Rooms were very small; it was hard to fit both of our large suitcases but we managed. The front desk staff was very helpful when we had questions about Osaka, and... More

Decent hotel - a bit further from Osaka Station than I was expecting but surrounded by great restaurants. Room was small but clean and quiet. Free WiFi. No business centre but you could just send an email to the front desk to get printing.

The hotel is well located very close to Nakatsu station and a short walk to main Osaka train station, or a 1000 yen can fare. This was our first Japanese hotel and so were surprised by how small the rooms were, just enough space for a double bed and little room for suitcases, estimate 3m by 3m square! Staff were helpful,... I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Do note that there are some stairs from the subway station (Nakatsu) though. Breakfast is nice, with some western and some Japanese options from the buffet. It can get busy at times though depending on whether there are groups coming through, as the dining room is not that big. Room size and bathroom... More

This hotel is a short walk to Nakatsu station, exit 4 (about 2 minutes to the entrance), and a bit far but walkable to Osaka station (about 10-15 minutes to the entrance). It has coin laundry in the basement for 300 yen a wash, plus 100 yen for detergent and 100 yen per 30 minutes for the dryer. The room... More

The hotel is very convenient located in Umeda near Osaka station and Umeda station making it very easy travel around Osaka. The area is also very good for shopping and has many eateries between the station and the hotel. The rooms are clean albeit small but given the price and convenience, it's worth it if you don't mind squeezing in.
