Hotel is very close to Namba, Shinsaibashi, Kuromon...you can shop till you drop. A very quiet washing machine in your room is very handy. Don't bother with breakfast in the spanish restaurant downstairs, it's dirty & served by grumpy waiters, hotel gives an alternative restaurant in Namba Station called Nankai Parlour.

This review is long overdue. My apologies to the management of Fraser as I've been really busy with work. We Stayed 7 nights back in April and it was our first time at this location. We've stayed in different hotels all over Osaka. But this place feels like home to me. Complete kitchen, a couch,...it's essentially a VERY CLEAN spacious... More

It is very convenient place to reach from Kansai airport by train (for example, by Rapi:t whose final destination is Nankai Namba station) and go around Osaka and Kasai area. After arriving Nankai Namba station, you should exit Central Gate, turn left, go outside, and go down escalator. You can see Mcdonald store. The hotel is across the street. We... More

The hote is strategically and conveniently located, walking to shopping and restaurant areas, near the train station which is very convenient when traveling to other places like Nara, Kyoto, Tokyo, etc. The one-bed room is big, with a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. The rooms have free wifi, bath robes, slippers, etc. needless to say, they are all... More

Our second visit to this hotel, not the cheapest but if you like space and the ability to cook, launder, relax and sleep well - then this may be the place for you. I think this is the only property they have in Japan, such a shame because I would certainly use them in other cities we visit. After 30... More

PROS: 1. LOCATION - It's super near the Namba Subway (about 3-5min walk) and Namba (Nankai) Train Station (about 2-3 min walk) so going around Osaka and the nearby cities and towns (like Kyoto) is a breeze. - Walking distance to Dotonbori (where several restaurants are located), Shinsaibashisuji (the famous Osaka street for shopping), 5-level DAISO store, and Kurumon Market... The Lcation is great beside train station and the staffs are very helpful . You don't need to bring a lot of clothes for your stay since they have washing machine in the room l. Service is great. Though they don't have porter service but it's not really a thing. Room is also great. Cool Aircon

It's the small touches that we don't normally pay attention to that keeps me coming back to this little hotel. When we checked in to a 1-bdrm suite, we were pleasantly surprised to note that we were in the same room as our last visit, only on a higher floor. Our friends were in the same room as their last... I would like to review on Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka if you are staying in Osaka. This is not exactly a hotel but a serviced apartment. If you are traveling with a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids); I would strongly encourage to give a try on this a try. We flew there in March this year and... More
