Stayed on this hotel last November 9-12, 2014 with my husband and our son, a 1-yr old toddler. The place is small, just enough for the 3 of us. Everything is ok with me except for the absence of closet. Don't stay is this room if you've got lots of luggage since there's no available closet to store up your... More

I went to Osaka, with my wife, and our one year old son. The room is small, but it's enough for the three of us. Most of the time we're out, so the size of the room does not matter. We chose not to take the breakfast buffet (worth 1100 JPY). We just decided to get breakfast from 7-11, which... More

Rooms are small, just enough for 2 pax with 2 20 inch luggage. Any more than that you might find it hard to walk around. Small but its pack with all the essentials that you need. Beds are very comfortable too. Its 5 mins walk to the nearest stations, easy to go around shinsaibashi and nearby landmarks or shopping areas.... More

The room is clean but small which is quite common in Japan hotel. There's a subway entrance just opposite the road so it protects us from the strong wind. Polite staffs, around 10minutes walk from shinsaibashi and shopping district.

As pointed out by everyone else, the rooms are incredibly tiny (even by Japanese standards) and I didn't even have enough room to open my suitcase unless I put it on the bed first. Saying that, the bed was large and the comfiest I have slept on in years which is pretty incredible considering the affordability of the place. Room... More

Stayed October 21-25, 4 nights The good: It is very easy to find and in a great part of Osaka. I love Japan anyway and after this trip, I love Osaka. Reception was average, but I think it is a language thing ( english v japanese ). I arrived at 11.30am after a long flight from Paris, seeking an early... More

Hotel Fino Osaka is a small hotel with a relatively good location, located just a minute's walk from a subway exit, behind a building block. It is about a 6-min walking distance to the Shinsaibashi shopping area and there is also the Crysta underground shopping arcade which is linked to the subway exit near the hotel. Restaurants and food places... More

We stayed 3N/4D and enjoyed our stay. The rooms, albeit small, were very clean and tidy, including the bathroom! The hotel was conveniently located as it was only some 10mins or so walk to Dotonbori and Shinshaibashi.

I stayed here for a couple nights in October of 2014. I cannot say anything negative. The hotel is modern. The rooms were a little on the small side but not something to complain about. There was no English TV but in all of my stay no hotel had English TV. The bed was a full size and comfortable. The... More

The hotel is located just one block away next to exit 3 of the underground street called Crysta, and by walking it takes around ten minutes from Shinsaibashi station and one minute from Nagahoribashi station. There are tons of small and big restaurants nearby, so you do not really need to worry if you have not booked any breakfast during... More
