We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, and the experience was good. First of all, the hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the subway station, there's a 7-11 right across the hotel, and there are a lot of restaurants around the area so it's a good spot for people like us who love trying... Value price in awesome location for shopping and food. Clean tiny room, probably you can't open up the 29 inch suitcase in full... Toiletries are fully equipped with combs and hair bands which most hotels do not have in present days. For me, pillows are comfy and semi hard mattress Is easy to fall into good sleep.

The rooms are tiny, but that's probably typical about Japan. Staffs attitude acceptable, quite good service with a lack of smile. The location of the hotel is awesome. Within steps from subway stations and underground shopping street, and is about 5 minutes to the infamous Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of eateries surrounding the hotels. Internet access is free. Highly recommended.

A decent hotel in a great location for exploring Osaka, and helpful staff. The rooms were average size (by Japanese standards) and had everything you could need. The 7/11 across the road and station at the end of the street make it even more convenient. Would happily stay again.

Stayed for 3 nights here before ending my Japan summer holiday and back to Malaysia. If you expect a bigger double bed room you will be disappointed. The reception is friendly and provided me with all the info needed. Rooms are small but location is great. Walk left from hotel entrance towards Shinsaibashi area where you find food and entertainment.... More

I normally pick 4-5 stars hotel or 3 stars NEW hotel at good location but this trip was mainly because my friends tagged along and therefore I have to suit their budget. We had 3 rooms. 1 smoking room located at 4th floor and 2 double non smoking located at 10th floor. 10th floor being the highest floor and we... More

We had a very nice stay in Fino Hotel. The hotel is very easy to find and is very closed to Nagahobashi subway station. It is about 10mins walk to shopping area and with many delicious eateries around. The room is quite small but is pretty standard for any hotel in Japan. Free Wifi provided was very fast. The hotel... we had to book hotels quite last minute on our last trip to osaka, so luckily we found some rooms available with this hotel. Perhaps it was the limited options, so the room we got was quite small for the two of us. There was barely any room to move around in, but i guess thats normal for japanese accommodation.... More

Just a few steps away from the Nagahoribashi station, this hotel is very convenient for travellers taking the train to and from the airport. Going to the different points of interest (osaka castle, namba, and the different temples) is also easy by taking the train from the nagahoribashi station. It is also beside a 7-11 store that offers almost everything... More

i stayed for 5 nights, the hotel is next to subway station, 10 mins walk to shopping area. hotel and rooms are clean and tidy, just a little bit tiny, but this is a common in Japan's hotel. Since i am out for sightseeing most of the time. the hotel is just a place for bath, rest and luggage storage... More
