Went to Osaka for Summer Sonic & this hotel was a great location for it. Was a bit confused after taking the airport bus to Namba station but after a bit of wandering, found it. Great location to trains & subway stations with plenty of shopping and restaurants attached to the main Namba station bld. Cabin is decent sized, actually... More

Just a few minutes walk from dotonbori and shinshaibashi. Located directly above a subway station. Location was excellent and the place was peaceful. Free toiletries and they gladly kept my bag for me even if i was checked out already. Very efficient and friendly staff.

Fantastic location for all the nightlife in Osaka. It's was our first time in Japan and we wanted to try the novelty of a capsule hotel. It did not disappoint. Rooms are small but comfortable with a lockable drawer that holds bags and other items. The communal showers have separate doored cubicles and are great power showers. The service is... More

I stayed for 1 night on a stopover in Osaka. Coming from Itami Airport on the airport limousine bus, the place was very easy to find; the bus passes it just before it makes the first stop. Check-in was smooth; I was assigned a cabin close to the toilets though I had requested otherwise. However, this was quickly rectified and... More

I attempted to stay here in March of 2015 for 2 nights while I was in Osaka. Everything was fine while taking the elevator and during the check-in in the main lobby. However, once I entered the back lobby to make my way to my room, the smell of cigarette smoke was overpowering. There was no visible smoke anywhere -... More

Stayed here in April 2014 - my first time to Japan. The place is really easy to find for a first timer to Japan. We flew into Osaka on a late evening Peach flight. The train station is literally next door (make sure to note the Exit Number) to the station. We took the Narita express to Tennoji and the... More

It was really clean and best management. The size of room was pretty suitable. Here was in the center of downtown, so comfortable. The had spa for guests, so awesome and beneficial. However, I was worried a bit when I knew that no lock at the door but the offered small locker under the bed for your special belonging. Also,... More

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights (tue to fri) when I visited Osaka. Travellers who head straight to the hotel from the Kansai Airport usually take the Nankai Airport Train to Nankai Namba Station. My advice is to walk to the Namba Subway Station (Midosuji Line-Red Colour) once you exit the ticket gantry from the Nankai Namba Station... More

The First Cabin experience is not for everyone. As you'll read in other reviews, the beds aren't fluffy, there's no privacy in the showers, you can hear noise from guests all around you, and your luggage might not fit in the locker under the bed, but you have to keep in mind this is a luxury *capsule* hotel. I found... More

The first cabin is scattered on about 3 floors. Reception is on the 4th floor. The place is clean and staff professional, it has free sauner and hot bath but you pay for tv massage and breakfast which is not european. The only fault I can find is the bed was hard and a slight smell of smoke, not sure... More
