The hotel itself quite normal nothing fancy. The room exclude breakfast but can add on if you really want but i suggest to eat at the restaurant near hotel. Most of the time when i come back to collect the key no one there, have to ring the bell at the front office table.

Reasonable pricing considering some other hotels which were very expensive. Located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main roads. If you are driving the hotel has an underground carpark which is convenient for you to load/unload bags etc. Rooms have a modern, breezy look which is a huge plus compared to some others which are dimly lit and depressing.

the hotel is not a good choise, first the rooms are not very well. The service don't exist. The restaurant is same a cantine. No windows in the room. Not a good rapport quality/price. very difficult access to the robby only stair from the street to the first floor. No help for the baggages.

This is not one of Chisun Inn's best hotels. It is quite worn, the breakfast did not look impressive (dit not try it though since it was quite expensive and coffee shops are to be found around the corner), the room was not really clean (unusual in Japan) and the staff did not have the answers to our "normal" tourist... We stayed here 2 weeks ago for 7 nights. Room was very small but the three of us managed to fit in the bed. Everything was very clean and organized. They provided toothbrushes, razors and wash cloths as well as Shiseido toiletries. We were also surprised that they already had in room Wifi, when we booked it indicated LAN connection.... More

Room - is small but comfortably for 2 person and clean. Location - about 5 minutes walk to Shinsabashi shopping arcade, quiet at night but very safe to walk. WIFI - good. Easy to find food. Staff - very friendly and speak English. Only issue - vending machine is just outside of the room, get the noise people buy bottle... More

I'll start with the cons: - Rooms are indeed small. - WIFI is weak once you get above the third floor. (Wired connection is great) - Location is a bit difficult to find. Our taxi had some difficulty locating it. - Weak amenities. - Breakfast buffet is pretty bad for Y800. So with that out of the way, here are... More

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights, the location is good just walk 5 minute to shinsaibashi street. The room was clean and maid make the room and refill all amenity everyday. The bed is very comfortable but small because it's semi double bed. Check in time is 3 p.m that is ok but I think check out time 10... More

Stayed for 5 nights with my partner. Close to Shinsaibashi (main shopping strip) and a 15-20 minute walk to America-mura and more bars and clubs. If it's your first time to Osaka it's not the easiest place to find. From JR Osaka station, head to subway (lots of signs once out of the JR station), you're looking for the red... More
