Our double room was really small, around 50cm at the base of the bed and 1m at the side of the bed that wasn’t against the wall. I had a major problem with the way that the fitness is advertised by Unizo - it reads as if it a part of the hotel however it can not be used by... More

Spent almost a week for a business trip in Osaka. The hotel was clean and quiet. I thought I will have a good stay in Osaka since I have already experienced living in Japan before. For two days I left my watch in the table and everytime I return it was still there. Not until one day I decided to... More

good location, clean room, service OK (except one staff seems to be less than friendly, very unusual in Japan). It's a short walk during the evening to the peace memorial (A-bomb site) and to the very best authentic Japanese retaraunt (in my view during my whole Japan trip).

I spent a single night here on a business trip to Osaka. The hotel was chosen due to proximity to my office - and frankly that is pretty much the only reason you would stay here. The standard rooms are tiny - and I mean tiny. You have enough room to walk around one side of the bed, just. However,... More

If your finances allow it, upgrade to a larger room. On a business trip to Osaka, accommodation was fairly limited due to a convention but Hotel Unizo was clean, comfortable & well located. Staying for 4 nights I managed to upgrade my room after the first night from a very (very) small room, typical of Japan, to a much larger... More

We stayed in Unizo Hotel for 2 nights during the new year. The double room we booked was way too small even for two girls, so we managed to change to a twin room which gets us a lot more space and comfort. The hotel is clean, staffs are nice and friendly, and its located close to the metro exit... More

Location is okay, staff was friendly and spoke enough english. However, experience was spoiled by fact that we've got smoking room (and there were no non-smoking rooms available). Smell was horrible and everything in room was sticky. Make sure you explicitly book non-smoking room.

The hotel was located at a really good location, which is very near to the train station, a large supermarket and shopping centers. The room was rather small, which is normal for most japan hotels, but i was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom was quite spacious and they provided very nice toiletries. It really is a pleasant and comfortable hotel... More
