Recently went to Osaka with my family and fortunately we found this hotel in the district of Kitahama which is considered the mini CBD and the Brighton Hotel is just a stone away from the MRT station with 7 eleven right in front of the door step. The price of the hotel is affordable considering the class of the hotel... More

Loved staying at this hotel! Clean, friendly staff and the location is very good! Was there for about five nights. Staying in Room 902. The size of the room was good. Not too small. The hotel staff speaks good English so communication was not a problem.

From Kansai Airport, it cost a total of 1160YEN each all the way to Kitahama, via Terganchaya. We decided against the Kanku Chikatoku Ticket for 1000YEN each from KIX, since you have to navigate Namba station while changing trains twice as you carry luggage. Easily, there are lots of hotel choices that require less subway/bus transfers. Firstly, per our hotel... More

Great hotel! Beautifully appointed rooms, very clean and new! Right near subway! This hotel is a little boutique e but fantastic. There are good restaurants nearby and the subway is 100 meters from the hotel entrance :)

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and it was the cheapest accommodation in our 3 week stay. It was lovely. Comfy beds, great location and friendly staff. Also a guest laundry. It is in a quieter part of Osaka which suited us. it was close to the subway and three stops down and you could be amongst millions... More

HOTEL BRIGHTON CITY KITAHAMA The Brighton city Kitahama is a very nice hotel. The room was fine. It was clean and with a very nice bathroom. There were good amenities and PJ's in the room. The size of the room was average for Japan. The hotel seems new with all the advantages that gives. It has good location only a... More

Very updated hotel. Oddly, I'd say the best part of the room was the bathroom--very modern with a great shower. The room was small like many other rooms in Japan. The location was good--subway right nearby. There are also some restaurants and convenience stores nearby for eating/snacking. Would stay again!

Great hotel with very good installations. Big size rooms with a wide open space toilet. Clean, free wi-fi access and new hotel. The team of the hotel speaks English without problems. Near of it you can find a metro station to go Dountonbori and the rest of the main places in Osaka. Also, there is some restaurants around in which... More

This was the cleanest and most modern hotel that we stayed at for our entire trip. Although it was situated in the business district, slightly outside the main tourist district of Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori, we definitely thought it was worth it for the price that we paid. We wouldn't recommend this place if you are only staying overnight because it takes about... More

We booked this hotel back in November 2011 for 5 days. Osaka was the final part of our trip to Japan. We traveled here after visiting Tokyo and Hakone. Osaka is a wonderful city with plenty to discover each day. Thing to do/see: A boat ride around the city, lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe- 15 minute walk. There are... More
