Location - Conveniently placed halfway between Umeda & Dotonbori with easy train link from the station which is within close walking proximity. Otherwise cab prices to either location are quite affordable especially if travelling with two or more people. Cleanliness - High standard of cleanliness throughout hotel Comfort - Bed's and pillows are comfortable & bathroom is very well appointed... More

The front desk supervisor/manager made a big fuss over the fact that I wanted my 10 year old daughter share a room with her two other siblings who are teens in a double room. She insisted that we get a third room and then when she found out that the hotel was fully booked, charged us 5,000 yen for the... More

Located on a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with streets almost deserted during sundays. Perfectly located for exploring Osaka. Just 15sec walk from Kitahama Station Exit 5. Easy access from Kansai Airport, just 2 train ride and 1 train change. 7-11 and Lawson in front of hotel, supermarket selling bento box at Kitahama Plaza beside hotel, Gyoza No Ohsho restaurant a... Its one block, about 100m, from exit 5, Kitahama ( about 45 min from KIX via Nankai Rail, change to subway at Tengachaya). The Agoda description is very acurate. Everything seemed clean and new. The queen bed matress was a bit hard but I think thats Japanese (we had the cheapest room). And its a quiet area yet with loads... More

Can't fault it relative value for money in convenient location. Room definitely well sized and pristine . Amenities nearby and close enough to subway (exit 5) or taxi moderately priced from airport around $30-40 AUD(especially if more than 2 of you). Wi fi speed great. Can't fault this hotel I would definitely recommend this place

Unfortunately we only spent one night in Osaka but I was so happy my Japanese trip ended up in this hotel. What a pleasant surprise! The hotel is ideally located 20 seconds walk from the Kitahama station which means you can network anywhere in the city easily. We chose a superior room (cost €78 when booked 5-6 months in advance)... More

We were here for a night after our temple stay in Koyasan. The hotel was located right next to the Kitahama subway station which was convenient for the Airport and sight seeing needs. The staffs were friendly and courteous, the room was basic, clean, comfortable with great amenities. No noise issues at all. The wifi worked well. There were two... More

Stayed for 4 nights, and I was so pleasantly surprised with the value at this hotel. A huge room by Japanese standards, a giant bathroom, and a really great location. Don't expect the hotel to be right in a city centre or major shopping district, but it's very easy to get the subway or train from Kitahama station 1 minute... More

Was in Japan for 2 weeks and even if the price was doubled this would still have been my favorite. Given the low price, I found the value exception especially given the location. The hotel is located about 1 minute from the nearest train station entrance (Kitahama) granted there is an additional several minute walk to actually get to the... More
