Very Big and Pleasant Hotel. Excellent location. Breakfast is Lavish, though very less options for vegetarians. Rooms are very small but all amenities included. Wifi and Lan both work well in Rooms. Overall, enjoyed my stay. Friendly Staff

Great location, it located just next to the subway station. It is only 15-20 minutes away from Osaka Station. It is good for both leisure and business guest. Rooms are clean and tidy. Small room only.

We stayed here for 1 night during golden week, and got understandably ripped off (US$280 before taxes). However outside of that, this was still a relatively unpleasant experience in the context of Japan. The room was overly small for a double - there wasn't enough space so we could not actually open our suitcases fully. The room was overly cold... More

Regularly using this hotel for my business trip to Osaka. Quite close to subway station (Higobashi station of Yotsubashi Line), no need umbrella even in the heavy rainy day. Compare with other Japanese budget hotel, room is relatively small. However, good for business user. Free Wi-Fi is offered in all rooms and feather pillow and blanket are available upon request.... This is not a new hotel but a good hotel chain in Japan. Most of guests seem business men for business travel. A subway station is right under this hotel. Room facilities are old but functional. The room is small. And you must be aware the step to bathroom. The window is small but quite regular in Japaness hotels. It's... More

I've stayed in a few hotels in Japan where I've come to expect small rooms - but this one was smaller than even what I had prepared myself for. Aside from the tiny space, the hotel has everyone else that I normally look for - convenient location (right above a metro station), fast wifi connection (superb) and a clean, functioning... More

Excellent 3 stars hotel. Was a perfect choice, all was more than expected from the photos. My room was very very very small. But, really, that's not a problem for me (and I'm tall). Why do we need unecessary space? So, don't worry with space, it will surely be big enough for everything you need. Such a perfect stay.

This is the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in, even for Japanese standards. ( and were a small couple) However, it is literally right next to the train station and 2 stops away from namba station which is where all the hustle and bustle is. The hotel onsen is amazing after a long day and the hotel breakfast is... More

Didn't think much of this hotel. The room I had was very small, not enough space to layout my suitcase properly or move around easily. The bathroom was also tiny - I couldn't even stand up fully. The bed was very hard as well. There are a multiple restaurants available which was good to get some variety and the internet... More
