The room is quite small but workable. The biggest downside for us was the very hard bed and flimsy pillows. The location is good. We traveled to Osaka by bullet train and it was about 2000¥ in a cab to the hotel. Easy to get on the subway and hit up some other areas of Osaka. Good nightlife within walking... More

The room size is simply ridiculous for what I paid. The double bed was 1.4 meters wide. It is worth $100, only because the locations is quite central. If you are paying more, then change your booking now!

The hotel is indeed connected to the subway but it's a good 3 to 4 flights of stairs up. No joke with luggage. The surroundings aren't exciting with nothing to see and hardly anything to eat. The staff, for Japanese standards, were terrible. The front desk staff were indifferent and largely lacked any interest in guests. Long queue to check-in... More

Great attention to detail and rooms have everything you could need or expect in a hotel room but very small compact rooms (makes a college room seem spacious!). Double rooms are the same size as single. Small nice onsen in hotel.

stayed here 3 nights for our Osaka/Kyoto trip. good points first: - rooms are clean and functional. rooms are kept clean daily by a great and friendly cleaning staff - very convenient as this is a few steps away from the yotsubashi line if you wanted to go to osaka or dotonbori. - express check-in/out was also great as you... The Hotel was good economical, room are little short but have all necessary equipment. Breakfast at top floor was amazing. I loved it. The stations is very close to hotel so easy to move from the hotel to any part of osaka.

We stayed here for a few nights in Osaka. The rooms are tiny and we struggled to even fit our suitcases in. When we first arrived we had to queue to check in, the staff were not friendly to welcome us which was highly unusual in Japan! We ate breakfast on the 2nd floor the first day but discovered the... Very Big and Pleasant Hotel. Excellent location. Breakfast is Lavish, though very less options for vegetarians. Rooms are very small but all amenities included. Wifi and Lan both work well in Rooms. Overall, enjoyed my stay. Friendly Staff

Great location, it located just next to the subway station. It is only 15-20 minutes away from Osaka Station. It is good for both leisure and business guest. Rooms are clean and tidy. Small room only.

We stayed here for 1 night during golden week, and got understandably ripped off (US$280 before taxes). However outside of that, this was still a relatively unpleasant experience in the context of Japan. The room was overly small for a double - there wasn't enough space so we could not actually open our suitcases fully. The room was overly cold... More
