A convenient-located hotel with natural hot spring ( the only natural onsen in Osaka) provided me a very good value. All the hotel staffs know the exact definition of "home sweet home" and also perform it very well. One more thing I would like to emphasize is the hotel staff always giving guests the immediate response. Ms. Mari Kaneko, I... More

The rooms are pretty standard for typical Japanese hotel rooms, small but homey. The staff were helpful and friendly too, as you would expect of Japanese service. The onsen was incredibly comfortable and the location was good as well, as it was a 5 minute walk from the Awaza subway station. The housekeeping service is a bit inconvenient as you... More

I'm so happy that we stayed at this hotel. The room was very small, but just enough for us to place our two suitcases in the hallway. As we spent most of the day out, we didn't really mind. What set this hotel apart from the rest though, was the onsen!! I had no idea just how big it was!... More

Nice service staff and good facilities like free hot spa and delicious breakfast included. Location is convient near the subway with a 5-8 minutes walk. Clean rooms although a bit small (common in Japan) and they will provide you with some surprise if you do not require their housekeeping service to save the environment.

The hotel is not much to look at but the staff is friendly, the room is small so there's not much room to move but we enjoyed the free goofy for women consisting of care products and the restaurant down stairs. They didn't speak a lot of English so translation was tricky but the food was great and affordable. The... More

Stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the onsen and sauna every night. For those that never used an onsen before, you must be naked (no bathing suit) and take a shower inside before using the pools. Also no tattoos allowed. Room was basic as you would expect, but it was clean and comfortable. Staff was also really nice. Wifi worked well.... More

This hotel location is good, near to metro station, Awaza exit 9 and to convention centre. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is quite good. Room is quite comfortable with AC and TV. The wifi is very good. Free hot springs is an added luxury

I revisited this hotel in February. The hot spring was good. I would continue to give a "very good" rating for the facility and service. However, the hotel service was below average. It was the worse out of the three hotels which I visited this time. There were incidents which I could raise. 1. The soap dispenser did not work... More

This place is easy to get to if you are coming from osaka/umeda station by taking bus 88 at terminal #3. The bus stops next to the hotel building. Also a 5 minute walk to Awaza station. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They gave you spa amenities packet shampoo and cleansers and mask. I found the shampoo and... More

What we liked about this hotel was that it was conveniently located - we only had to walk a few minutes to the subway (Awaza station). The station was only a couple of stops away from Namba which meant we didn't have to travel too far to have access to the major malls/restaurants. Room-wise, our's was very small and the... More
