I revisited this hotel in February. The hot spring was good. I would continue to give a "very good" rating for the facility and service. However, the hotel service was below average. It was the worse out of the three hotels which I visited this time. There were incidents which I could raise. 1. The soap dispenser did not work... More

This place is easy to get to if you are coming from osaka/umeda station by taking bus 88 at terminal #3. The bus stops next to the hotel building. Also a 5 minute walk to Awaza station. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They gave you spa amenities packet shampoo and cleansers and mask. I found the shampoo and... More

What we liked about this hotel was that it was conveniently located - we only had to walk a few minutes to the subway (Awaza station). The station was only a couple of stops away from Namba which meant we didn't have to travel too far to have access to the major malls/restaurants. Room-wise, our's was very small and the... More

Pictures reflect reality, rooms are just basics rooms. It's just a stop to sleep. You can choose your pillow (soft, medium, hard) but you have to choose quickly because at 21h every Pillow are gone... The check in is at 15:00 and the check out at 10:00 (almost the same in every Japanese's hotel) The biggest strength of the hotel... More

The main attraction of this hotel is, of course, the onsen. So, if you will not use the onsen, I suggest that you stay elsewhere. Because with all things being equal, I think you can probably find another hotel for better value for the room size that you get (which is small). My room was supposed to be non-smoking, but... Well located hotel with small but very functional rooms. Good value for money. the hot spring is one of the plus of this hotel, with a possibility to relax after a long day of meeting or visit. The staff are very helpful and polite. The only drawback is the limited entertainment and frustrating language barrier for tourists. No international TV... More

We were using our JR rail pass, so the walk was about 10-15 mins from the hotel (the Noda stop) The Hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly. The room was small, but that is not unexpected. We were only there for one night so we did not have time for check out the hot spring, but it... More

About 5 mins walk from Awaza subway station exit no.9 There were convenience stores, restaurants and a gas station (just in case you rent a car) near the hotel. The vending machine near the front desk was the best of all, they offered free drink during 6 - 9 am. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. We had a pleasant stay... More

One of our favorite hotels in Japan. Located away from the city centre, yet close to subway station, 7/11 shop (great for ATM) and several nice restaurants, the hotel surprises not only with wonderful hot springs (with 2 gender separated, fully nude bathing rooms), but also with free hot drink in the morning, lovely yukata for bathing, a bag of...
