Great location which just 5-10 minutes walk from either left or right side of the hotel to the underground station. Room was impact but sufficient. A big big plus was a Hot Spring, really enjoy it!!!. One last thing was the Receptionist, really helpful and friendly. (One supervisor could speak excellent English).

Excellent staff who are very polite and try their best to communicate in English. Attentive to cleanliness and well equipped with necessities. Wifi is very fast in the room. Should have more plugs apart from those at the table. The onsen was a great experience, get ready to strip down naked, as with any onsen in Japan. 8minutes walk to... More

Stayed here for 3 nights mid may, overall a very good hotel. The hotel was difficult to find, especially in the dark, good 10 minute walk to the metro station. If I recall correctly, come out of exit 9 or 10. The onsen facilities were great after a long day out walking. Good hotel for the price we paid.

Super? I have to say yes! Factor in the value to cost and you definitely have a winner here. I spent two weeks here in mid May 2014 and can confidently give it two thumbs up. The hotel is situated near the Awaza subway station, where two lines meet. Exit 9 off the pink line, and at the top of... More

I went to Osaka for family trip and stayed in this hotel last year. My family chose this hotel and I dun't know well about it before. After arrived, I was shocked - it's better than what I imagined. With Japan-style politely service, me and my family felt very well in this hotel although the room was not big. Moreover,... More

Rooms are not big, which is common in business hotels in Japan. But the place is clean and comfy. Staff at the counter are nice and they try their very best to help you. And one of them can even speak good English. The neighborhood is nice since it isn't like that in busy districts (eg Nambo). Nice cafes and... More

Super hotel in Osaka is a wonderful place to stay in. It is indeed a place I would choose to stay in Osaka if ever the opportunity arose again for me to travel in Japan. Good points Allow me to start by saying Super hotel in Osaka is located in a perfect place from the major train station. Located within... More

The ratings for this hotel are higher than others and justifiably so! The staff is courteous, and you receive a welcome package upon arrival. The room is small (as is the case for many Japanese hotels) so don’t expect anything spacious. Everything is compact and efficient. The best part about staying here was the onsen. What a relaxing bathing experience!... More
