The hotel is conveniently located right in front of an Osaka subway station, and just a few minutes walk from a JR Osaka Loop Line station. Convenience store are also within walking distance. The staff is friendly and speak some English. Allowed us to cancel 1 room in our reservation and didn't charge us. The bathrooms are very clean. There... More

I found the price of this hotel is below average and decided to take the risk since I was in a very very tight budget. I was thinking I just need basic needs such clean bed, clean private bathroom and I would feel okay already. It's really a surprise when I got into the room. The building just had renovation... The actual hotel does not look at all like the pictures on the web site. And the rooms are extremely small, can barely fit two single mattress. And you have to pay 100 yen for a 5 minute shower. The whole hotel smells of cigarette smoke. And the wifi connection was terrible.

Unfriendly staff, terrible bed, no wi-fi and old Japanese men have loud sex every night...good for them...but entertaining for about 2 seconds then gets very old. stay at the backpackers hotel toyo about 10 meters away for cheaper price, wi-fi, much better japanese floor style bed and friendly staff.

The whole place smelt like a 20 year old ash tray filled with fishy cigarette butts and dirty socks. The walls are a yellow all over and the bathrooms often have cigarette butts in the toilet. The place also has an overall creepy and uncomfortable vibe to it, and as they were painting, fumes wafted throughout the building. Had to... More

this hotel (read appartment block) has to have been the worst place i have stayed in in 10 years of travelling. the rooms stank of fresh paint with the walls yellowed from years of smoking within the rooms combined with a poor ventilation system. the internet which they said was "really fast" was only fast at mid day when everyone... They didn't clean the beds. Hair and blood/dirt on the sheets. All day and night a lot of noise of workers. They also live there. Cold and nasty. We left the hotel. They didn't want to give the money back.

More like an apartment block than a hotel. Room was ok but the bathroom/toilet was grim. The 'kitchen' was just stove next to the sink in the bathroom (ie same room as the toilet). Staff were a little strange and when I asked if they had a safety deposit box they told me they didn't and that I should valuables... More

This hostel was dirt cheap so we weren't expecting much. It was a basic room with pretty thin futons, but for 1400yen per night it was fine! Good location too, one minute from the subway and the staff were pretty helpful. The shared toilet/sink area on our floor was a bit scummy, but the shower room was fine, and the... More

We stayed there just one night - the name sounds so cool but reality is different. Hotel (I don´t know why they call themselves as hotel) is in south of the Osaka, just one minute from metro station. Staff was quiet rude and the other people in the hotel were really weird. My friend went to bathroom, she left her... More
