The room freshness is Ok. Bed is Ok. Reception service is Ok. If I'm not wrong, I need to go downstair to use the Internet (with their PC). Breakfast is so so (but at least the breakfast is free for my room price!). The location is not a nice one (nothing around the hotel).

It is very expensive to travel by taxi, therefore i feel that when selecting hotel in Japan, the location is very important. This hotel is literally 1 min walk from the subway exit and it is just a station away from Namba... Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a guy that is able to speak mandarin.... This hotel is clean, just 5 minutes walk to nearest subway and they even has elevator on the subway station. Breakfast served everyday decent menu with great taste, love their salad. Room size is bit small but No complain with that price. free water dispenser and hot bath ^_^. Staff speak enough English for us to understand, very polite, wonderful... More

We really enjoyed our stay at Smile Hotel Namba. The entrance to the hotel is just outside of the Hanshin Sakuragawa Exit 2. Be aware that there is also an Exit 2 from the subway Sakuragawa stop. This will bring you out a couple of blocks away from the hotel and makes it much more difficult to find. If you... More

The location is not that great since I have to take another stop to Namba, however, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful for all assistances. We did enjoyed staying for 3nights. The only suggestion is to have wifi in room due to now most of guest have table devices rater than pc.

This is a chain hotel. This is a business hotel. This is an average hotel. If you look for something cheap (~6000 yens/night for semi-double room), with okay location (one station away from Namba, or 15 minutes walk from Namba station where you can take the Airport shuttle, JR or Subway), full set of amenities, and with breakfast (simple western...
