I was in this hotel because of a conference. I had absolutely no expectations but was nicely surprised with the level of service for the price i paid. It is 3 times cheaper than nearest hotel in its class while giving you relatively spacious rooms, free wifi, all you can eat breakfast and conference facilities. Some rooms have great views... More

Stayed here for 1 night and had average experience of the place. Rooms are little smaller and average property. Location is fine and little far from the city. Breakfast and buffet had average spread with mostly japanese items. Wish they could keep more of continental.

When we first arrived, it reeked of cigarettes in the lobby, but it had a nice atmosphere. We checked in, got our room and noticed that you have to leave your key tab in for the AC to stay on or any power at that. TIP: Leave your keytab in and take your key off so you will come back... More

This is my third stay at this hotel and may be my last. Booking and checking in was a breeze. I got a room on level 18. I got out of the lift and looked down at the worn dirty carpet, the air was stale and it felt like it was about 30 degrees in the middle of winter, in... More

Though the building and pics do not look so bad at the website, the rooms were super tinny, walls and carpets were old and filthy, horrible matress, no smoking rooms smelled as smoking permitted, cabs generally don't come by to this area, so the only way to get to the station, is by getting on a local bus...staff were unable... Stayed here during a business trip. The room (which was a double room) was decent and comfortable enough, although rather small. The hotel's location is good, walking distance to a big shopping centre. There is also a convenience store (open 24/7) located on the ground floor, so you can grab a quick bite to eat.

It was a Japanese holiday weekend, so the only hotel available that we could find was the Cosmosquare Hotel. It's located in a nice, clean, high-tech business office district (near IBM, etc). Once we found the hotel and when we walked into the huge atrium, it smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. We checked into our small, very tight double room... More

I stayed at the Cosmosquare Hotel and Congress for a week. The hotel is located in the Osaka business district and was very convenient for the purpose of my trip. The hotel is 15 min walk from the closest metro station which will take you downtown Osaka. I had a double room which was small but very neat and cozy.... More
