This is a cozy, cute hotel very close to Shinsaibashi station and shopping area. Walking distance to Dotonbori area as well. Room was rather cramped with not much of an outside view, it was reasonably clean considering the sensible price I've paid. The system you have to check the room key in to the front when going out, in addition... More

I stayed at this hotel with a friend for the spring break holiday on March. The room came out to around 12,500 per person for three nights, which was an awesome steal for budget travels. Especially being in the center of Shinsaibashi. Hotel itself is your basic Japanese hotel, though it is a bit dated, such as keys being the... More

Hotel New Osaka Shinsaibashi located near Shopping Arcade and Shinsaibashi station exit no.7 and 8. The staff are friendly and try to answer question the best they can despite the english language barrier. There is 711, Lawson and Family Mart around the Hotel to get your food or other needs. Each floor have its own vending machine to buy beverage.... More

Considering what we paid for the hotel it is a little gem. A very short walk to tourist central of dotonobori and Namba (jr) but there is great little restaurants etc. on all four sides of the hotel that have that cosy feel. Only 1 block from the subway so easy access to all Osaka had to offer. Rooms were... More

We stayed for 2 nights at New Osaka Hotel Shinsaibashi, convenient location which only less that 5 mins to Shinsaibashi station, or you can only during walking distance to the famous shopping area at Dotonburi and shainsaibashi shopping area.Hotel located just behind of Hotel Nikko. Room spacious but is seem abit "oldish" but still satisfied the clean. The hotel will... More

We booked 3 twin rooms for 3 nights. The hotel itself is located on a quiet street and is a 3 minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station, just behind Hotel Nikko. The staff was courteous and efficient. The rooms were small, but very clean. There is a mini fridge, hairdryer and the usual bathroom amenities. There is also wired internet in... More

This hotel is very close to shinsaibashi station. Just around the corner! Very easy to travel to other places. It is also walking distance, just down the road in fact to amerikamura and dotombori which is the restaurant and nightlife districts. The room was very small but it is fine if all you are doing is sleeping and not spending... More

This hotel was in the perfect spot for me. it was reasonably priced and close to all the places I wanted to walk on my couple of days in Osaka. I had been to Osaka before, and this time I was on my own with specific places I wanted to visit and see. The hotel is very close to America... More

The hotel was close to Shinsaibashi Station (from exit number 3, go behind Nikko Hotel and you just need to take about 3 min walk). The price was very good for us (about $62 for a semidouble room). The staff was friendly and some can speak English well. The room where I was staying was a Ladies' Room, the wall... More

We stayed a couple of nights and New Osaka Hotel (will call it "NOH" for short from now onwards), after checking out from nearby Nikko Hotel. The location of NOH is great, and the outdoor bar in front of the hotel is very nice, but that's all the good things I can say about it. The rooms are small and... More
