Its relatively clean but because my husband has allergy rhinitis he cannot stop sneezing! If you have allergies, watch out. My husband cannot sleep straight for 3nights because of his allergy attacks. It was probably because of the old carpet. When we go back to Osaka, we would rather check in Umeda area since its like the central place to... More

I spent 7 days 6 nights in Hearton Hotel. Room is clean, neat and cozy. Hotel staff are friendly except that there is no wifi connection in the room. Love the toiletries provided by the hotel. Great location which is directly opposite Daimaru Shopping Centre, subway & all the famous boutiques like Kate Spade, Prada, Tory Burch etc. eateries are... More

I stay at this hotel for four nights, not good experience at all. First of all, they gave me a smoking room, even I had requested non-smoking room when I book the hotel. After negotiated with reception counter, they changed an non-smoking room for me. I re-check in the hotel when I come back from Osaka, they gave me a... More

As travelling in Japan cities for me, particularly in Osaka and Tokyo means that you should be exploring the amazing cosmopolitan and vibrant life of the city for as much time as you can, that meant I wanted a hotel that was convenient, economical, and clean. Hearton hotel at Shinsaibashi fitted the requirements perfectly for me. Staying in a 5... More

It is all about location. It is 5-7 mins walk to the main shopping street - Shinsaibashi. It is 4 mins walk to the subway station - Shinsaibashi station 15 mins walk to another big subway station The room is small which is expected. Wifi connection in the reception area and if you have a router device, you can use... More

No shower cap, power converter provided. Too small water boiler. Use key to open room door. No CNN BBC TV channel. Though small room, but tidy and comfortable. Nice hotel staff, convenience location. Very close to the Shinsai Bashi Subway station

A family of 3 with a 10 year old. We stayed for 2 nights hence wanted to be close to the sights which this hotel fit perfectly. Standard Japanese room, smallish bed for 3 people, for 2 it'd be perfect! We were happy with our stay and price we paid for. Only issue I found was their cooling system seems... More

We were not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Yes, room & semi-double bed was small but clean and comfortable. Our rooms were on the non-smoking floor, i.e. 10th floor. The location is fantastic... walking distance to Namba walk (underground shopping). Cross the main street to Daimaru and the shopping street behind it. Check out time is at noon- fantastic... More

The hotel located within 5 minutes (slow) walking distance to Shinsaibashi subway station, where you can catch trains to Tennoji for JR airport line. Hotel front desk staffs are helpful. It conveniently located near shopping, dinning and entertainment venues. The room is standard small Japanese size, but clean. If you are a reasonable tourist, the room will satisfy your needs.... My "very good" rating takes into consideration VALUE FOR MONEY. Do not expect luxury; it's a small hotel that is practical and purpose-filled. More details below: 1. LOCATION - excellent and right in the heart of Shinsaibashi, close to all the dining and shopping. I prefer Shinsaibashi near Daimaru Department Store (quality of neighbourhood) to Osaka Station or Namba Station.... More
