The location is great, great neibourhood; there're tons of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops,24H convenient store ... etc. 2 min walk to subway entrance. Helpful and friendly staffs, good free WiFi, quiet and clean room, comfy bed, room is small but enough for me to leave my suitcase open. The only thing is there's no english channel on TV, but that doesn't... More

If you want to be close to pretty much everything in the Shinsaibashi shopping area, America Village, and other places, you can't go wrong if you stay at the Hearton (pronounced "Haruton" by the Japanese). Talk about close to the Osaka subway station, basically, if you're on the Midosuji Line, you get off at the Shinsaibashi station, take the number... More

This is the second times experience for me to check in Hearton Chain Hotels in Osaka. Previously was Hearton Kitaumeda and this time Hearton Shinsaibashi. The location of the hotel was just fantastic and short walking distance to Dotonburi and train station. The hotel room was clean and typically small like other hotels in Japan. The double room with small... More

Pros: - Location is good, right in the middle of Shinsaibashi - Beds aren't too firm, and are easy to sleep on - Room size is average for the area - Check-in time of 2:00 pm is reasonable - Check-out time of 12:00 pm is reasonable - Late check-out of 3:00 pm is available for an extra fee Cons: -... Our "semi double" room was as tiny as expected. Location is perfect to visit the young and funky part of Osaka (Dotombori / Amerika Mura). Service at reception very good. We liked the funky place where they offered breakfast

The location was good, only few mins walk to Shinsaibashi shopping area and subway! There were few restaurants nearby and the upper cafe next to family mart was nice btw! However, the room was old and its size was small - hardly to walk after opened two large size luggage. More than that, due to hotel dull occupancy, so only... More

Me and my friend were staying for four nights in the semi-double room. Size of the room: Normal for a Japan hotel and the semi-double room is good for two girls! We could also open two large suitcase at the same time. We guess the hotel was recently renovated: 1. the toilet is very new, clean and bright 2. Wifi... More

1 min away from Shinsaibashi what can i say more! it is very convenient and from time to time we rather go back to the hotel room and drop down our shopping before we go out again! the room is very tiny but it is typical Japanese city center hotel so cant expect too much. the only thing i would... It was ok. very handy to Shinsaibashi and Dontoburi - the whole shopping district. Lots of food and shops. Room is ok. Slightly tighter the bed but still ok. My partner is 6 foot 3 and we didn't find it's a problem. We booked standard double room.

Stayed there in Oct, 2014 with my partner. First three nights in the older building and went to kyoto and came back again for 3 more nights in the new building. Room is tidy, which is normal for hotels in Japan. But great room service and very convenient to shinsaibashi and metro. 10 mins walk to dotuburi with all the... More
