I booked this hotel in avance for only 2 nights (stay on 12-13 Dec 2014). And i had travelled from Hiroshima city by overnight willer express coach 7 hours (bus leave HRSM town at 11pm and reach Osaka Umeda at 5:30am) With on that arrived Kansai area day; the weather temperature is close to 0 celcius degree plus a freezing... If you treat the hotel as a place to sleep and won't spend much time there then the location is perfect. The room was so small (even in Japan standard) that we barely had place to open our suitcase. Won't recommend to people travelling with kids.

Excellent location just a 1-min walk from exit 7 of Shinsaibashi subway station (take the lift just near the stairs leading up exit 7, go right & when you see Puma store, turn right into the lane leading to the hotel), making this a strategic hotel to connect to Namba (a major station housing the lines to Kyoto, Nagoya, etc).... my second time in this hotel, I've been given great quality of services, I did appreciate very nice & professional staff, the hotel has a perfect location and you can visit a lot of things on foot all around. It fully met my expectations

Location is excellent for access to Shinsaibashi area. Lots of food outlets about Burgerking and Mos Burger are within walking distance. Daimaru Department store is just across the street with great shopping. They housed us on the annexe building which was quieter than main building.. Room was small as with most Japanese hotels. Was cleaned well everyday during our stay.... More

The hotel location is perfect. Just a couple of minutes to the heart of shopping in Osaka on foot. Room is however small, but what could be expected in Japan. Breakfast in hotel could be skipped unless you must be fed before going out.

This hotel is situated in the heart of what osaka has to offer. I stayed for 3nights and i loved every part of it. Service was great. The rooms are so clean and everything looks and feels new although i think it is an old building. Food n shopping is just a stone's throw away making it my favourite place... More

It was impossible for the hotel to print and rescan an urgent one page document that I had to sign and resend. The front desk staff wanted to help, the front desk manger refused it. Very disappointing of a hotel that charges rates of a good business hotel.

2 minutes from the main subway , in the middle of Shinsaibashi area, many restaurants, bars , clubs, and department store shopping etc within a couple of mins walk. Also easy connection with 1 transfer required to connect to Kansai Int Airport. I have stayed at this hotel about 15 times on business and a couple of times with the... More
