location: 5 stars. 2 mins walk to subway station. few minutes walk to Hankyu, Hanshin, or JR line. very convenient if you want to visit Kobe or Kyoto. if you love to shop till you drop, this is the place for you. if you love to eat till you puke, this is also the place for you. 24 hours tax... it's next to subway and 10 minutes from the main station. Lots department store, and there is a cute temple behind the hotel plus food is handy to find. The room is TINY. I would call this TINY. my luggage is at the entrance and there are no surface to put things. We had 2 single beds. The restaurant attached... More

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in Osaka. Unlike other hotels we had to give the key back to this receptionist everytime when we left the hotel. That was a bit annoying. The room was clean and looked well but was very small! We hardly had any space to put the luggage into our room. WIFI connection was... More

My husband and I have used this hotel more then several times. The room is quite small comparing to the US standard's (hotel rooms in Japan are almost always very small unless paying significant amount of money), but the service of hotel is impeccable and very clean. The location is very good. Located in Kita (northern major city of Osaka),... More

Location location as they say - but not a lot else. The room was a cramped affair and I'm confident those confined in Her Majesty's prisons have better bathing facilities - the bathroom was a plastic box with just enough space to wield a tooth brush. This is a tower block and the windows are huge with odd shaped blinds... More

The location was great as it was minutes from the JR station, but there was no room for two people to move about. It had a plastic module bathroom, which looked like it had been dropped into the room. The restaurant for breakfast was basic and the buffet was adequate. It worked for the two nights, but not for a... More

Recently stayed here for 6 nights. Broken air conditioning in the room. I brought this to the attention of the desk staff. They didn't even try to assist me. They stared at me for awhile, I asked if someone could look at it and they told me it wasn't hot outside. When I told him it was 25 degrees in... More

This was the smallest hotel room we stayed in on our trip around Japan. I mean very small with a little bathroom. That said everything was provided and the bed was comfortable. Its location is very convenient being by the main JR station and in reality it made an acceptable base for exploring my favourite Japanese City. The dining facilities... More

I stayed here 3 nights in late Sep 2013. I had difficulty locating the hotel initially.Even the taxi driver declined to pick up because he claimed the hotel is nearby. For a foreigner to the city, Osaka station is a huge one to navigate from one end to the other end and the locals also gave conflicting directions. If you... More

Basically hotel room space in Japan is small. No space for us to place our luggage bag therefore we have to put it up on the ledge above our bed where the window is. Toilet is small too but all toiletries are provided except shower cap and body moisturizer. Hotel is next to the JR line. Behind the hotel there... More
