Not the best hotel to stay because of the nonchalant unhelpful female front desk personnel and the muskiness of the room. I was travelling with a family of five and the room on the tenth floor was just nice for us. It is a very spacious room by Japanese standards and beds sufficently large enough, the fifth bed being a... More

We were in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka and this hotel fares unfavorably against the other two. The room was never meant for 4 persons (picture was deceiving) and there were hardly any room for luggage. The interior although clean were clearly worn out and looks decidedly from the 80s. We stayed on the 5th floor and in the first night,... More

No doubt is located at Amerika-mura... Walking at any hour is safe. There's a small police station just across the road...Hotel is not really trendy but the location is very good! 5mins walk to Midosuji Line... where Daimaru Departmental Store, Apple Store, PUMA, Nikko Hotel, Prada, Max Mara.... Dotonbori is 10mins away, Shinsaibashi-suji is 5mins away, Namba Subway Station is... More

The picture on the booking was deceptive. We booked a three-people room but when we arrived the room was so small that even fitting two people in was considered tiny. There was barely any space to walk. It looked like they just managed to squeeze an extra bed into the corner of the already tiny room. The facilities were okay.... More

Firstly it's not an easy hotel to find unless someone is able to help you. When we first entered the lobby it was quiet dull, the reception staff were nice, I was given a key, the hotel doesn't run on those card entry you have a key and EVERY TIME you want to go you have to give them the... More

I guess you pay for what you get.not good at all.room is old, bathroom smells, air condition is noisy, mattress is hard, pillows filled with hard beads.arriving thinking more like a cheap hostel rather then a hotel.

We booked a room for three. The photos and the presentation of the hotel on the site showed a real room for three. What we got there was a room for two with an extra bed. We complained. The attitiude was a sort of "take it or leave it". If we knew it in the first place, we might have... More

It's a 2 star experience. Smelly, but comfortable rooms with no frills. I'd return, because it's value for money in an expensive city. Has everything you need, except for a safe. Area is totally hip. Hardly any english but easy to get around.

We are in a party of 3 girls and reserved a triple room. The hotel is quite old but happy that there were separately bath room and toilet. The bath room is very big in tradition Japan style . it is prefect for 3 girls like us as no need to fight at night while cleaning up. Staffs don't understand... More

This hotel is not for families with young children. The triple room was small compared to other hotels in Osaka but the worst part is that they allow smoking in the rooms. The room stank and we couldn't wait to leave this hotel for that reason alone.
