We booked a room for three, and it is the smallest hotel room I have ever stay(including all single and double rooms). They think as they can put in a small double bed and a single bed in this tiny room, then we have to squeeze ourselves in. There is no way we can sort our luggage and no where to... More

I think the title of the review gives a true reflection of this hotel. The room is old which makes it look dirty. The staff are actually friendly. They can speak some English which are helpful. The hotel is well located and within a few minutes walk to shinshabashi.

Room is clean though it is a smoking room. Available amenities such as blow drier, towels, bathrobes, slippers. Toiletries such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, sponge and razors. There's cold and hot water. Shower head is movable. There's complimentary water and tea. There's cup and saucer but no spoon and fork. Also there is Wi-Fi but connection is... More

Located in Shinsaibashi, in the middle of the nightlife area of Osaka. Theres a lot of nearby restaurant, convenience store, and train station as well. Tho the room is a little bit small and not that new but the staff and the fast internet connection is a major plus.

Not the best hotel to stay because of the nonchalant unhelpful female front desk personnel and the muskiness of the room. I was travelling with a family of five and the room on the tenth floor was just nice for us. It is a very spacious room by Japanese standards and beds sufficently large enough, the fifth bed being a... More

We were in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka and this hotel fares unfavorably against the other two. The room was never meant for 4 persons (picture was deceiving) and there were hardly any room for luggage. The interior although clean were clearly worn out and looks decidedly from the 80s. We stayed on the 5th floor and in the first night,... More

No doubt is located at Amerika-mura... Walking at any hour is safe. There's a small police station just across the road...Hotel is not really trendy but the location is very good! 5mins walk to Midosuji Line... where Daimaru Departmental Store, Apple Store, PUMA, Nikko Hotel, Prada, Max Mara.... Dotonbori is 10mins away, Shinsaibashi-suji is 5mins away, Namba Subway Station is... More

The picture on the booking was deceptive. We booked a three-people room but when we arrived the room was so small that even fitting two people in was considered tiny. There was barely any space to walk. It looked like they just managed to squeeze an extra bed into the corner of the already tiny room. The facilities were okay.... More

Firstly it's not an easy hotel to find unless someone is able to help you. When we first entered the lobby it was quiet dull, the reception staff were nice, I was given a key, the hotel doesn't run on those card entry you have a key and EVERY TIME you want to go you have to give them the... More

I guess you pay for what you get.not good at all.room is old, bathroom smells, air condition is noisy, mattress is hard, pillows filled with hard beads.arriving thinking more like a cheap hostel rather then a hotel.
