I got off from Namba station and asked for the direction to the hotel at Visitor Information Center. The information center give us a copy of map and it really helpful since the hotel located in narrow street with many turns. It took just a few minutes walk from the Glico Running Man at Dotonbori. The hotel's signboard is in... More

Location is very good near Dotonburi. Hotel room is a little old but kept very clean. Provides all amenities I need except that when I requested for an extra pillow, they said no. I stayed there for 6 nights and nothing to complain. Hotel staff are nice and can understand basic English.

Don't know where to start describing this hotel. Bad smells, mold in the bathroom, horrible sheets also unhelpful staffs. I complained about disgusting smell. They said no smell. Rooms full, can not change the room. I am not a picky person, the smell was really bad. Could not sleep there had to move to another hotel. I paid $180/night. What... More

Hotel is close to Dotonburi off the main street and close to Namba station. Great location. Hotel sign is in Japenese only so it could be a bit hard to find. Took a taxi to the hotel from Shin Osaka station due to 2 large bags. Explore the side streets and you may be surprised what you may find. Lots... More

Hotel was in great location although the room and bathroom was very tiny. Main complaint was when we requested extra pillows we were told we could only have one. They would not budge on this, as there was only one bed you are allowed 1 extra pillow. Very strange. Vet close to Dotombori for wonderful restaurants.

But if you don't Google map it you may find it hard to find! Its next to Dotonbori so there's LOADS of eating and drinking options. Room was comfortable and clean. Typical Japanese hotel. It's a short walk from Namba JR and the local Namba station.

Hotel staff were friendly. Though the staff during the night when we checked in were not really conversant in English, they were really trying their best to catch what we were saying in English and google translated Japanese. The room was a little squeezy for 2 with luggages but we were happy with the good night's sleep and adequate facilities.... More

The bathroom in my hotel room had black mold on the walls and ceiling which really stunk. The smell made me feel extremely sick, to the point of having to cover my face with a towel whenever I needed to go to the toilet or brush my teeth. The smell was so bad that I chose to bathe at local... More

located in a good area with good transport links but still not the easiest place to find, the signs are in Japanese only and you do not see the place until you are on top of it. Room is a little tired and small but very clean, the only down side is the bathroom which is the out of the... More

this hotel is right in Dotonburi with bars, restaurants and massage parlours all around. A short walk from the subway station and in the heart of the shopping area. Staff are friendly and helpful and room big enough by Japanese standards. Only downside was bathroom was a bit tired and slightly smelly. Good value for money and one can get... More
