An easy walk to two different subway stations. So thus very easy to get to from the airport and Namba Station. The rooms are individually designed and it is good to look at their website before you book to choose one that you like. I thought that the price tag attached to the accommodation is an absolute bargain. Excellent staff.... More

I really liked the idea of T'point but unfortunately we had an uncomfortable and disappointing stay. The "zen style of team room" (room 413) is something that must have seemed great in a designer's head, but was totally impractical and uncomfortable in reality. The room is designed inside out - instead of a bedroom with a separate smaller bathroom, most... More

The room was very nice, everything was open so was quite big. It is located in a very busy area at night but walking distance from the subway station. The receptionist was not helpful at all. She did not speak English and even with the help from another Japanese client, she was unable to recommend a restaurant near the hotel.... More

The hotel location and the unique rooms were the main reason we chose this hotel. Make sure you research were the hotel is before arriving as it's not easy to find. The hotel however is only 5 minutes away from the local station and 10 minutes away from Dotonbori. We stayed in a ZEN style bed room like Japanese tea... More

The hotel is located at a very convenient location, around 5 minutes away from the heart of shopping area Shinsaibashi. The hotel design is modern and each room is unique. I had the opportunity to stay in 3 different rooms because I had to come back and forth- but they made up an excellent experience for me! I was always... More

We stay in two different suite in this hotel, the design is good and comfortable. It comes with a super big bathroom, one even have a steam room inside. Apart the interior design, there is not much service provided in this hotel such as gym and pool. But many local restaurants around, it is very convenient. Just 10 mins walk... More

We were amazed when entered the room, though it is a small boutique hotel, the room was quite spacious one. We were in 611, asian resort style (note each room is with different design, check out the website before booking). It was even with a jacuzzi for 2! I booked a surprise package online, and the staff were attentive to... More

Stayed in 510, a good-sized, quiet room with a comfy bed but looking a little tired as many of the communal areas are. Breakfast is v Japanese with no western alternative and there is no wifi in the hotel, which seems a little behind the times. Location is great and staff friendly.

Put us in a twin room when on our honeymoon rather than a double. Nobody spoke any English at all, which shouldn't be the case for a smart hotel which takes overseas bookings in a big city. This did prove a problem several times, eg on room and also on forwarding luggage. I'm not daft enough to expect English everywhere... More

Great little boutique design hotel, and would agree with all the comments posted before. As the design of each room is s unique and each room is different, would suggest you look at the hotel website to determine which room you would prefer. We manage to book the room 416 which we think is the most elegant and chic. Would... More
