We stay in two different suite in this hotel, the design is good and comfortable. It comes with a super big bathroom, one even have a steam room inside. Apart the interior design, there is not much service provided in this hotel such as gym and pool. But many local restaurants around, it is very convenient. Just 10 mins walk... More

We were amazed when entered the room, though it is a small boutique hotel, the room was quite spacious one. We were in 611, asian resort style (note each room is with different design, check out the website before booking). It was even with a jacuzzi for 2! I booked a surprise package online, and the staff were attentive to... More

Stayed in 510, a good-sized, quiet room with a comfy bed but looking a little tired as many of the communal areas are. Breakfast is v Japanese with no western alternative and there is no wifi in the hotel, which seems a little behind the times. Location is great and staff friendly.

Put us in a twin room when on our honeymoon rather than a double. Nobody spoke any English at all, which shouldn't be the case for a smart hotel which takes overseas bookings in a big city. This did prove a problem several times, eg on room and also on forwarding luggage. I'm not daft enough to expect English everywhere... More

Great little boutique design hotel, and would agree with all the comments posted before. As the design of each room is s unique and each room is different, would suggest you look at the hotel website to determine which room you would prefer. We manage to book the room 416 which we think is the most elegant and chic. Would... More

Found this hotel offer half price for some room with good location so I booked. (4000 JPY the smallest room). Every room has differenct setting and you cold see on their website. But the special off on other booking website couldn't select which room you want. Full price at hotel website could. May not stay here for the full price.... More

the location cant be better- near the nightlife hustle and bustle of Osaka, this hotel surprised me for its design- it should be a designers hotel- and the variety of amenities, I felt really pampered for this small cheap business hotel! I got special hair masks, facial masks, free tea and snacks. the room even had a micro! the design... More

See my review in May 2012, when I was travelling alone. At that time, I did not pay much attention for the prices, as I only need a hotel at a good location. Back in 2012 when I wrote that review, I paid Y800 for their single, standard room ( 14 sq m). This time, I was travelling with a... More

Very attractive rooms, nice and spacious by Japanese standards and well appointed. Only complaint is the lack of wifi which is always a pain for international travellers. Location is perfect, near so many of Osaka's bars and restaurants. This place is highly recommended.

Location is fantastic, few mins walk can reach Shinsaibashi shopping area. Room is clean with modern Japanese style and you can get however you need even room laundry. The staff is friendly, helpful and care about the detail. I love the breakfast, it's fresh and yummy which feel full-charge to start a new day.
