Though the Wifi is only released at reception but that is fine because I go Osaka for leisure not business trip, dont hv to be always online. Its a pleasant reception to stay and use Wifi anyways. The location is reasonable as it is near to two stations instead of just one which allows more shopping routes if you want... More

Rooms are clean. I was surprised that the bathroom was relatively huge, where you would get both shower and bath tub. Water gets hot fast and the water pressure was impressive! I get a good massage out of it every night after shopping in the nearby malls that seem to be chained endlessly one after the other. There are 24hr... More

The hotel location is excellently very near to Nanba area which there is a lot of restaurants and shopping area. There also a convenience store nearby to the hotel. Additionally the area also located quite near to Nanba Nankai Station which can go directly to Kansai Airport made it easy for travelers like me. The room it quite small but... More

The hotel is in a good position very next to nightlife district, room was clean but very small. Staff poor and doesn't speak english very well, there was no Wi-Fi, but only lan cable. But in general the price was low.

Pros- 1) Great Location. Near subway and shopping arcades and kuromon market (50metres away) 2) Big bathroom (Main building, not the annex) 3) Reasonably priced 4) Cleanliness is okay Cons- 1) Very bad soundproofing. It can get noisy and loud especially on weekend nights. You could literally hear people talking, laughing, puking on several locations from your hotel room. We... More

My husband and I stayed there for 3 nights. Perfect position for the very busy area of Dotonbori and easy for the trains and subway. Clean comfortable rooms everything you need. Check in at the main part of the hotel and when checking out put the keys in the box near the door when leaving. Note a little difficult to... More

We stayed here for three nights. After checking in on the first night we never saw a member of staff again, except the cleaners. We never had to see reception staff, and check-out involved depositing our room card into a box on our floor, too easy! It is a business hotel after all, not a tourist hotel. The location was...
