Recently stayed here for business trip to Japan. The hotel is big, very near to Shin-Osaka station. Rooms are big & have basic facilites. No wifi in rooms, biggest minus point as it has become necessary now. Wifi available only in lobby. No english news or movie channel on TV. Restaurant provides very limited options. But at Shin- Osaka station,... More

This hotel has larger rooms and are much bigger than the normal Japanese hotel. It is not that well maintained but is ok for a place to put your head down as you travel through! Don't have food there it is expensive instead walk to the statin right by your hotel and go to Tulleys or one of the places... More

Room was clean and furnished with a modern look and the basic amenities. Just next door to the Shin-Osaka train station and Shinkansen, so it is very convenient. Some road noise even on the 16th floor. Restaurant was okay.

We had stayed at many hotels in different parts of the world, this was the first hotel that charges a fee for ice. When we complained to the staff at check-out, he just shrugged it off and gave no response. He was not the only one, all of the staff we dealt with lacked facial expression and were mechanical. Location... More

Stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Japan. The hotel is just a two minutes walk from the Shin-Osaka Station which is a big plus point. The Standard Twin Room is spacious and comfortable. The negatives of this property would be:- No complimentary Drinking water in the room, Internet at an additional Cost and only LAN cable available,... More

I booked hotel a month in advance and paid $195/night with Hotels.com. After other charges it was about $230/night. After checking in, I checked hotels.com again and found price was now $125. I guess you get a better deal if you book last minute. Other than that, everything is pretty much what other reviewers have said. We are using JR... More

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past 5-6 years. It's absolutely convenient to the Shin Osaka JR train station which is literally adjacent (attached) and is one reason it's so desirable. There are many places to eat nearby in the train station. The hotel is comfortable. The rooms are on the small size but the beds are... More

This hotel is very conveniently located right next to the shin Osaka train station. It's only 2 minutes walk. The rooms are standard Japanese. It's a bit dated but decent. The breakfast has choice of western or Japanese.note you only get coffee with western breakfast. There is also a bar on the top flour
