The room was very very small, felt much smaller than the 15 square meters as on the website. Our mid sized luggage had to be opened on the bed. Onsen public bath was very nice. FamilyMart downstairs. About 10 minute walk to shopping/restaurants Parking - pay parking across the street, 1500yen for the night.

Amazing location and clean hotel. Room was too little and a little bit old fashioned. It was hard to find a place for baggages. Btw for a couple of nights max i can suggest it because position is great

I was travelling with my mom. Our room type was Small Double room, as per our request, we got a non-smoking room and on the opposite side of the main road. The room was tiny and not at all comfortable, especially, if you travel with a luggage. In our case, our solution was to open it once a day to... More

The location is perfect because this hotel is near the big city centre with all the shops! However staying at this place for a couple of days, it's fine but no more. The matelasse is really hard, there is a tiny bathroom and the fridge didn't work. But the price is reasonable, around 50 australian dollars.

This hotel is located in a great area. If you are from London then imagine this place is the equivalent of cool Camden whereas the main tourist area of Nishishinsaibashi would be the Oxford Street touristy area. The room itself is small but it's fine, we're here on a romantic night out and the adjustable low level lighting sets the... More

We booked the hotel basically because of the central location and as it offered one of the Japanese hot springs within the hotel area for free. The rooms are a little small (guess that's normal for Japan) but super handy. All we needed was in place, even an universal charger for Ipad, Samsung etc. WIFI was for free and superfast,... More

The hotel itself was not bad and it was conveniently located. My problem with this hotel was that half of the rooms face a busy highway. There is a noise blocking panel but it was still noisy. Also when there would be a big truck (which was often) my room would shake. I was only there for 2 days but... More

This is a great location and not very expensive for Osaka. Right in the Dotomburi/America Mura area, several blocks walk from JR Namba station but you should blow off the JR system in Osaka and get a pay card deal with discount express from KIX instead. Easy to find because it's next to a building with a big bowling pin... More

Almost all front desk staff doesn't speak english, there is one old guy who speak little english but was so arrogant. They are not friendly, which a front desk officer should be. Room was small. They advertise wrong size of room. It's location is quite okay. it's nearer to shinsaibashi station. and about 10 min walk to namba station. I... More
