We were traveling in a group of 18. Hotel was kind enough to allocate all our 9 rooms on the same floor. Welcome drinks at lobby was refreshing. We didn't purchase the hotel's breakfast as it was a conservative western spread. We opted to eat our breakfasts at the local cafes nearby. We booked their double rooms and the double... More

Along the main road, so it's easy to locate. there's a grocery downstairs and near the hotel where you can buy stuff you'll need. We stayed in this hotel for 8 days and I actually loved the place. The staff were friendly, helped us a lot with the directions around Osaka. They have coffee and lemon water available for the... More

Seriously pokey room. Awful bathroom and a toilet that has carpet and smells like a public toilet. Note to self to not trust TripAdvisor reviews. I find it seriously hard to believe that the reviews are for the same hotel. My husband is just over 6ft and the beds are tiny and swamp our tiny room. If we weren't travelling... More

We stayed with our kid for 6 nights at this hotel in Daikokucho Station which is close to busy Namba. It is located 5 minutes walk from Daikokucho Station Exit 1 with Convenience Store on G/F. It is also close to two supermarkets (one is even 24hrs) so you can get all you need during your stay. The check-in was... More

The room was bigger than I thought, however the bed was slighty smaller than queen size bed. So for a guy over 6 ft. might find it difficult to sleep in. The hotel also provides onsen for all customers. Also there is laundry room. The staffs are very friendly. There is an 24/7 minimart near the hotel. Walking distance to... More

Even though not all the staff speaks much English, they were all very helpful. We stayed 6 nights. On the third night our toilet overflowed so she quickly got us another room and even helped move our things. The Family Mart downstairs is soooo convenient and there is a Life grocery store nearby. Just a couple blocks away is a... More

We had 6 nights at this hotel. Chose it based on reviews and as it has a sauna and onsen, which we used every day. Robe and slippers provided. Be aware that the hotel has an open atrium, as soon as you step out of the room the wind blows through the corridor. Checkin was fast, but be prepared that... More

Location not as convenient as some; a 10 min walk from Namba Station but the pay off is a relatively large room with a separate mini-kitchen area in the entry foyer, plenty of storage space and good double glazing to keep out the noise. In house spa was an unexpected bonus. The decor is somewhat dated but well kept. Interesting... More

Dears, To absolutely avoid. A summary : it took a hell of time to check - in, staff speaking as english as it is possible. No heater in the room just a reversible AC.. So we entered in a freezy bedroom. No hook in the bathroom for your towels Hotbath : just available a few hours for each gendre. No... More

Like a small apartment, with shoes cupboards small stove (did not use) etc. Room is very clean, Location is good. Plenty of breakfast/eating places around the hotel. Staffs are very professional and helpful. just a short distance from the subway. If they can install things that can hang the towels in the bathroom will be great. Value for money
