Stayed there for 3 nights. Beds were ok, room is tidy, bathroom is just right. No wifi, tv is hard to use because of the japanese instructions, aircon is good but it took me awhile to guess how to use it. Breakfast is always bread, butter, jam and boiled egg. Receptionist were male. One receptionist was not accomodating he even... More

i always experience the best hotel service in Japan, no matter I am staying for business or leisure. But this so call "business inn" was nothing but the opposite. As I arrived the hotel before check-in time, I requested to leave a piece of luggage. However the reception staff declined to do so and when i asked why, he replied... More

The Rooms - We got the deluxe twin room, as i can say its very spacious. Two beds, a sofa bed, chairs and the typical Japanese toilet (now i know why people rave about them). Can fit a family of 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 kids. A cupboard is the added surprise for this place. There's a TV, humidifier and... More

I was unable to obtain information on the way to access the hotel from the nearby subway station before I arrived. Fortunately, I managed to figure it out finally. Hope the following information helps. It is a 5 mins walk (exit 2) from Nipponbashi Station and about 2 mins walk from Namba Station (exit B26). Note: It is quite a... More

The beds were very hard and the rooms - tiny! It could hardly fit myself and my luggage. I would recommend the larger twin room as that was a decent size. It's VERY noisy but in an absolutely great location. Tricky to find but there are maps everywhere so it should be okay to find like it was for me.

This hotel is located right in the heart of the Namba area where there are many stores, restaurants, clubs, bars, and other entertainment. The hotel is conveniently located about a 8-10 minute walk from the subway. Finding the hotel in the bustling district was a little hard. First of all, not many people heard of the hotel because it's a... More
