We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights here. Staff were so friendly and accommodating! Every littlest thing we need or any concern we have they do their best to serve us, answer us, and make our stay comfortable. They even kept our big luggage while we had our side trip to Tokyo! Location: It is within a safe and... More

This is a lovely little boutique style hotel that's close to shops, restaurants and transport but hidden around the corner so it's not too noisy. The room is moderate sized and small in size by Western standards but it has a simply HUGE bathroom! The beds are quite firm, but this is the way the are in Japan so there's... More

The reason i choose Arietta because i want to stay away from those crowded area but still convenient. just 1 or 2 metro station to those shopping hotspots. I'd stayed the 13/F double room for 3 nights. Spacious room with "big" size bathroom (compare to other same budget hotel). you can even purchase spa salt from reception to enjoy spa.... More

Just like previous reviewers, we found the spot to be an excellent to to begin our stay in Japan. We found it quite easily by public transportation after a long flight in. It was hot - the air conditioning was appreciated. The breakfast was just as others have described - an assortment of fresh baked pastry, cereal, yogurt, fruit and... More

Location is the best. Arietta is locates between namba and umeda so going either way was very convenient for us. The hotel is too good for its valie with free breakfast in the lobby. Shower quality and room quality were great great great. It was totally what we looked for. The front desk people were also really helpful. Would return... More

Arietta is definitely one of the best budget hotel I have stayed in Japan so far. The room is suprisingly bigger compare to ordinary Japanese hotel, the bed is big, also the bathroom as well. Free coffee and breakfast available every morning. The location is excellent, as it is very close to the metro station, Honmachi, only one stop away... More

Arietta Hotel is conveniently located near to Mido Suji, the main street of Osaka and only 5 minute walk to Shinsaibashi shopping avenue which will lead you to Dotonburi, the city's most well known place for foods and entertainment. If you are a good walker, you can walk along Shinsaibashi to Dotonburi in about an hour. Hotel staff are friendly,... More

This is a good Japanese hotel and a little different from others. The bedroom had a wooden floor, so did the bathroom. It may not seem like much, but it was different from many. Also, the bathroom was larger that the average Japanese hotel bathroom. The furniture arrangement made the bedroom seem bigger than other hotel rooms that I stayed... More

We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights with our 6 month old baby and it was very good. The location, Honmachi is excellent, halfway between the two main districts of Namba and Umeda, which meant we could get to both easily. Travelling with a baby meant that sometimes we would walk to our destination and then catch the subway... More
