There is the underground walkway from Umeda/Osaka station all the way to the road by the hotel. So it was very convenient. Moreover, FamilyMart is just outside and the 24 hours Don Quijote is just 5 minutes walk away. Easy to do late night shopping. The room was a little small but it fits 2 persons nicely, with a private... More

Close to Osaka Station, shopping centres and many many food outlets. Staff are friendly and helpful. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Login to their Wi-Fi system and the staff took the extra mile to solve the problem. The room was small but good enough for the two of us with the price we paying. The room was... More

FamiMa just outside, walking distance to Hankyu Mall, subway station and Osaka station, very friendly staff! The room we got was a bit cramped for 2 but manageable. We just needed a place near the station and with a private bath, so this hotel definitely delivered all that!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Location was really good, the staff were friendly and the rooms were better than what I've had so far in Japan. The room was surprisingly big, but we did have a twin bed option. Our friends who took a single double bed had a pretty tiny room, so keep that in mind. There's plenty... More

Located near shopping malls like hakyu department and hep five. Map route given from the web was very accurate, just follow the instruction and u will find your way to hotel kinki. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. My friend couldn't login to their Wi-Fi system and the staff took the extra mile to solve the problem. The... More

Its surrounded by bar, pachinko, and something like that.. Not automatic door lock.. They still use key.. And nothing special.. But if u just need a place to sleep and not so expansive, its ok to stay here.. 10min from train station..

Stayed a week in a single room with a double bed. Room size is small but the layout made it looking more spacious, cosy and comfortable than other Japanese hotels I'd stayed in before. It's eco friendly with basic stuff for collection near the receptionist counter. The hotel staff are superb and very accommodating. Its location near Osaka/ Umeda station... More

I spent two nights here during my stay in Osaka. The room I booked was double-room. With two rather big suitcases, it was more than enough spare space to move around easily. The hotel has coin washing-machine and dryer and provides ice & drinking water (self-service.) I only wish it had spin-dry ones too. Even located among clubs and bars,... More

This hotel really offers value for your money. It has a good location near HEP5 and Hankyu Department Store and is surrounded with restaurants, convenience stores and other shops. It's a 10 minute walk from the Osaka/Umeda Train Station and the Airport Limousine Bus Stop. The room is clean, cozy, and relatively spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. The... More

I really like this hotel. We booked a twin room and the room was really big by Japanese standards. Theres a shower area and a bathtub which means there's plenty of space for you to shower and not have to squeeze in one tiny bathtub. Location of the hotel was great as well. There's some dodgy looking shops near the... More
