We booked this hotel as we had previously stayed in the same hotel group in Tokyo, however, the room was a lot smaller. We did have breakfast and it was good. There was a selection of English and continental as well as Japanese breakfast. Again, the situation of the hotel was great - I do not understand any of the... More

Nagano has a very smart station and MiDoRi food mall and there is direct access through the mall to the hotel at level 2 adjacent to the main [Zenkoji] entrance. Our twin room on the ninth floor had been refurbished and was well appointed (if rather soberly furnished) including good blackout curtains. Bathroom looked rather dull but the shower over... More

This a solid all around western-style Japanese business hotel. Adjacent to the station, its very convenient if you are traveling by train. We accepted an upgrade at check-in to a 24 m² room for an additional ¥2,000. The room was still a pretty tight fit, but like many Japanese buildings it uses the limited space efficiently. Furniture ran along 2... More

We booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is nearby JR station and we plan to visit Matsumoto as well as kiso-magome. And we made a right decision. The hotel is so close to the station that it is actually next to the station and with direct access on the 2nd floor. You can walk out your room 10... More

Big n grand hotel Next to Nagano station Big n comfortable beds, bath n toilets with branded quality toiletries. Splendidly clean n fresh. Breakfast was Japanese buffet with a good variety, but was over crowded. We were given a stand card with numbers to be placed on the table for reservation, this was indeed a good way to reserve a... We selected the hotel because of its location, it's attached to the Nagano train station as well as a shopping mall and the rental car office was there as well. The hotel itself didn't have any twin rooms available, but we found a twin room on one of the online booking sites. Good size room, clean, comfy beds and pillows,... More

I've stayed at this hotel before, and reviewed it here as well, but now I don't know how this hotel could get any more convenient. They've made some excellent changes! One of the best is that instead of wired Internet in the guest rooms, where everyone had to throng to the lobby to find Wifi, each room now has passworded... More

After reading the reviews, we were not looking forward to this hotel. But we were pleasantly surprised after we checked in. The front desk let us check in a couple hours early (we'd shipped our bags ahead and they were, we found, already in our future room). We stayed 5 nights and had a basic room on the 8th floor,... We booked this hotel as it was close to Nagano Station. The room was rather small for a exectutive queen but normal for Japan. No noise from the train station, quiet and peaceful even with the hotel being full for Nagano Marathon. Staff very helpful in arranging some trips and allowed us to store luggage after checking out for several... More

Hotel is right next to the station as others already mentioned. Our room had a double bed (rare in japan) both huge and comfortable. View from room was nice and size was very good. Breakfast also very yummy. Nothing to fault... Excellent 2 nights!
