Centrally- located, clean, functional, decent sized rooms. Trouble free checkin and checkout. Bit short on character and facilities but OK if only using the hotel as a base. Good Internet connectivity, which is free. Close to Nijojo and Gion. Lots of bars and and a Starbucks locally so no need to eat in the hotel.
