The hotel is nice and clean. The room is small (average Japanese single) but all you need is there. There is a restaurant and a café on 1st floor if needed. It is close to Fushimi Inari Temple which is one of the best attraction in Tokyo. Service was discreet but effective.

Its a nice hotel around 10-15mins walk from JR Inari station and Fushimi Inari shrine. Room is a bit cramp, but bed and pillow is comfortable. Bathroom is small, good smelling free body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Staff are friendly and some can speak really good english. Also have Family mart just across the hotel.

We enjoyed our 4D3N stay here as it's relatively near to fushimi inari shrine & the jr inari station. From Kyoto station, inari station is just 2 stops away, and we take roughly 10-15mins to walk back to the hotel. During this walk, we get to stroll past Sakura trees lined walkway beside a River canal & sometimes just sit... More

Had a good time at this hotel. It's 2 stops away from Kyoto station so perfect for those who want something away from the hustle and bustle of Kyoto city. We booked the economy double and it was a bit small but good enough to put your head down. Staff were very friendly and did their best to help us... More

So this place was ok , there was nothing special about it but there was nothing wrong with it. The breakfast was 2 bits of Danish bread a cold boiled egg and a pot of cabbage with apple/orange juice , tea or coffee . Wifi worked some nights but really not other - you could watch you tube or make... More

The hotel was average, we did ask for a non smoking room but it seems someone tried to smoke in the bathroom and there was still a smell of smoke in there... The hotel has two restaurants, had wi-fi available and provided a list of restaurants nearby which we found helpful. It's not very close to any trains, but the... More

Pros : just the price, it IS very cheap comparing the other Cons : the wall itself very thin, we can hear our neighbours making love VERY LOUD ! the room itself is so standard, with just standard equipment the location is not so convinient, main attraction from this hotel is just the Fushimi Inari Shrine, altough you must walk... In fairness to this hotel, it's clean but they have poor amenities like free drinking water, they'll give you one bottle per guest for the whole stay unlike other hotels, drinking water is served in the room everyday 1/guest/day, if you ask for another bottle on your 2nd day they'll charge you for 100 yen although the amount is not... The hotel is about 1km walk from the Inari station in a residential area. The room was tiny by American standard but typical in urban Japanese cities I suppose. Would not recommend this hotel due to its poor value proposition.

Thank you for staying with us. We will renovate all geust rooms until July. They might be more Japanese style. And also we will open a bland new hotel near Nijyo castle at the end of October. If you have chance to come to Kyoto again, please visit new one. More

Booked a non smoking semi double room with breakfast. When we got to the floor (7th) - no smell... But when we got into our room it smelt like smoke for sure. They bought up an air fresher spray, which I used all over the room and had to open the windows to air out the smell. Room is tiny,... More
