Convenient for sightseeing in Kyoto. Reception staff had poor English, but were polite. Breakfast was Japanese/Western, as mentioned on other reviews. Room was small but the free wi-fi made up for it! Launderette on the ground floor very useful. Definitely good value for money if you are on a budget.
