I stayed for 3 nights with my 2 daughters aged 13 and 10. I found the hotel brilliant in every way. staff, location and room all were fantastic and more than what we were expecting considering it is classed as a 3star hotel. The room was plenty big enough and very luxurious. more

The hotel is within walking distance of the Kyoto train station, and they operate a free shuttle bus that will take you to and from the train station every ten to fifteen minutes. The staff is helpful and very courteous. We loved staying at this hotel, and would definitely stay there again if we ever pay another visit to Kyoto. more
