It is located near Ginkakuji (the silver one!) so it is only accessible by bus but there are two bus stops nearby with at least 5 buses going to that direction so transportation is not too bad. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarket, shops, and convenient stores nearby, so food and grocery shouldn't be a problem. Anyone planning to stay... More

It s a nice experience to stay in RokuRoku as my first stop in Japan. Everyone have a private bunk bed with curtain and heater. It s a great choice especially in winter ! also the heater of desk in the room is very warm also it s nice to chat with your roommates sitting around the desk. And they... More

Roku Roku is somewhere in between a hotel and a Japanese "Ryokan". It is clean and well organized, the twin rooms are simple, but has what you need, including small refrigerator and water heater.
