Hotel in a nice location, spacious rooms! Offered small breakfast & tea, water, coffee - anytime! Free wifi as well, rooms even have balconies. A lot of stuff to see around the hotel! Highly reccomended!

It is a budget hotel and they warn in advance they don’t change the bed linens for staying less than 4 days unless one pays extra for this. It is more basic than what I am used to. Cleaning and change of sheets and towels are done only every 4 days so that meant we are stuck with what we've got as we are staying just for three days. No elevators. No room to room calls so I have to knock on the doors of the three rooms... More

Stayed here for seven days and loved it - very good value in a quiet neighborhood and close to the best attractions in Kyoto. Also, there is a Metro stop one block away. Although the rooms are basic, they are spotless, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommended.
