My wife and I decided to stay here after looking at the reviews posted on Trip Advisor, we aim to stay on something budget but clean and comfortable. Once again, were not dissapointed. It is clean (as most Japanesse accomodation). Plus, has free internet (they have a free pc also if you are not carrying a laptop), offers free coffee/tea... more

When I was organizing accommodation options for Kyoto, I found that both Western Hotels and ryokans seemed overpriced compared to other places in Japan. As this was my first time to Kyoto, I figured that this was clearly on the tourist trail and the prices matched accordingly. Econo Inn proved a decent stay for us. I didn't mind the walk... more
