This place was boring. No bar, restaurant etc. just went there to sleep and leave. There is access to the monorail train in to Kobe center, that makes the location manageable. The staff were very helpful, some spoke english, and breakfast was reasonable. You have to leave your key at the reception on leaving the hotel, and the watch like... More

I just stayed at this hotel with my parents over 80 years old. We were extremely happy with the hotel and their staff. Especially Ms Kagita helped me make my stay very pleasurable addressing my questions and concerns. You would have no problem in English with the staff as they try to be very helpful. Room was very spacious and... More

Best hotel in whole area. Big rooms nice bathrooms. Services are good. Language is a problem. Just one person properly knew English in their staff and he was available in day time only. I used a translator app to communicate. The place has good access as the fast train station is at just 10 minutes walk.

Its in sort of a residential area and there isn't much around it. 10 min by Portliner (monorail) to Kobe airport (UKB) and about the same to the heart of downtown. Staff are fine and there is a conbini (Lawson's) across the street.

We stayed here for 3 nights as my brother was getting married near the Kobe airport. Reasonable price but it was more expensive than usual as it was a public holiday on one of the days. Portliner is 5 minutes walk away and it only takes 9 minutes to Sannomiya for 240 yen. Night time is like a ghosttown around... More

It's an ok hotel, pretty cheap, but good location for convention or if you have friends on the island (as i had). Downsides are a little small, many rooms have smoking smell, no breakfast, but it's close to many convenience stores, and the train station is just next by. You can also use the ferry from Kansai airport to get... More

I would strongly advice anyone who wants to stay here to choose a different accomodation. The hotel is located on the Port island which is a residential area with a large conference centre and it is like a ghost city after 7PM. You are better of choosing a hotel on the mainland as Kobe has got a lively night life.... More
