We just returned from spending 2 weeks at the Chisun in Kobe while on a tourist visit. The hotel is an efficiently run "business" hotel located a short walk from the Kobe station. As a business hotel, it is moderately priced (we paid about $120 per night during the holiday time when prices tend to be higher) and does not... more
