I stayed for approximately one month in July for business. The staff, housekeeping, front desk, bell captain's, restaurant, etc., were all excellent. Every staff member I encountered - and I probably encountered most of them - seemed genuinely interested in providing excellent service. Location is pretty good. On the water - you can not get any more "on the water"... More

I decided to book this hotel after I visited Kobe 3weeks before coz of its big ferry look and free shuttle from the main station. However, I waited for 2 rounds as too many took shuttle. Maybe there was a wedding lunch party. I feel their standard room is small but fine for me as I was single traveller with... More

We have always seen this hotel on our visits to Kobe but don't usually stay overnight. This trip we decided to stay for one night and see what it was like. Firstly we arrived long before check-in time and asked the staff if they could hold our luggage for us. We then went out for the day returning around 5pm.... More

Good room with a great view at a good price. A short and cheap taxi ride to the shopping district. Do not order coffee at the restaurant - mine was served in a teacup and cost three times as much as it should have. It was average as well. A free shuttle into the city was appreciated and the service... More

This is a luxurious place with good value for money. The room is cheap for what you get, but the brekfast and the restaurant are quite expensive. The bar on the 14th floor isn´t thoug, so make sure you have a drink or to there, as the view by night is wonderfull. Rooms are very spatious and clean, beds comfortable.... More

A large atrium filled with koi (carp) flags ( to celebrate children's day) greeted us upon arrival. The staff were all warm and welcoming. A handy shuttle bus is available on weekends and public holidays from Shin Kobe (bullet train station) and every day to/from Sannomiya JR Station. The breakfast was a high quality mix of Japanese and Western style... More

Pros: Great Location and within 10 minutes walking to Kobe Tower, Meriken Park, Earthquake Memorial, Mosaic, Children's Museum, Maritime Museum, and Harborland. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and tried there best to make our stay pleasant. Free shuttle to and from nearby train station (leaves every 20 mins). I stayed in this hotel on the 24th and 25th March and disappointed with my visit. I booked this hotel for 3 reasons, the location, the good reviews on trip advisor and the pool. The location is very good close to Harborland and the staff were very helpful however we were not able to use the pool as my son... More
